Excellent Brazilian blowout! It was my first time and I love it! Pat was professional, explained everything and didn’t rush.
I honestly love this salon. Every time I’ve been here I’ve always left happy with my haircut. They check up on you and make sure you’re happy with everything you need. Nada is a sweetheart, she’s amazing and fixed my hair crisis. I will be here and stay loyal this salon ????
I absolutely LOVE this Salon!! I've been coming here for 2 years now for full body waxes and the owner, service and prices can't be beat! I haven't been here for a little while. In the past Pat has given me my waxes and eyebrow threading, and she was really good. Then I went yesterday for my usual full body wax, and had the great pleasure of meeting Rimple, who was to be my technician. Now it's worth mentioning that I've been getting full body waxes for YEARS & YEARS (15+) and I've gone to some of the exclusive, higher end salons that charge $200+ for this service, but they ALWAYS leave patches of hair or don't use the correct type of wax and I'm left with broken hair/stubble. However, Rimple is very dedicated to her profession and ensures she gets Every last hair, and uses the correct wax in the correct areas. She doesn't skimp or rush the process. I left completely hairless in all the correct areas and knew I she didn't miss anything, because she even had me check each spot!!
So if you need a wax, go see RIMPLE!!!!! SHE'S FABULOUS ????????????
Rimple - Don't Ever Leave Me!!!!! ????
I bought a $160 Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed it would cost extra for long hair. I have had many before at other places, so I expected to pay $30-40 more. The owner, Pat assured me she would give me a very good deal, not to worry. When it was time to pay, she charged me $80 extra. This is a ridiculous amount! I paid $260 with aGroupon! My hair looks nice, we will see how it lasts, but I feel ripped off. The place looks dirty. It's below NO FRILLS. It was An 85° day and she didn't want to run the air conditioner. I said I was very hot, she opened the front door but there was no breeze. It was difficult to be uncomfortable for the 2 1/2 process.
Went for hair services and they simply ruined my hair. Used too much chemical and started selling other services to fix it. End result was not what I had asked for. Charged much higher than advertised. Will not recommend at all
Service is good, the price is great. My Daughter and I are happy customers. Will be back. 100% would recommend this salon.
My wife went here for just a haircut. Prices for all services were posted except the haircut only price. She didn't ask what the price was, figuring it had to be less than a shampoo and cut, posted at $25. When my wife went to pay she was charged $25, the shampoo & cut price. The excuse was "everything's gone up". No explanation why both services were allegedly the same price and there was no offer to wash my wife's hair. She won't be returning as she felt scammed.
Do not go here ! I tried to give this place another chance , the older woman who owns this business is fine and knows what she is doing she has another location, but the woman she has working here is rude, is NEVER on time and when she comes back she has a attitude saying it suppose to be her day off as if she is only there because of me (she said this twice) she completely misshaped and ruined my daughters eyebrows as well! She took the arch’s away and shorten them. Thank GOD I went to the ladies near jewels & they fixed her eyebrows. I would never recommend the woman who works for the owner she’s horrible!
