Parked here while staying at the hotel across the street. My car along with 5 other vehicles got broken into. Garage has no cameras. Security guard at the hotel I was staying at said it happens all the time at this garage. Do NOT use this garage.
Terrible to get out of. Been parked in the garage for almost 2 hours (as of this writing) and haven’t moved an inch. No one directing traffic to help people get out. Won’t ever use again
Edit: It took us over three hours to get out (and about 2 3/4 to even move forward an inch from our floor). The gates kept getting locked up. There was no attendant, and no one directing traffic until some civilians volunteered to do so (and almost got hit several times in the process). The listed phone number on Google is wrong, and the actual phone number yielded no results as “it was after hours”. They overcharged us an extra $20 since we were “late” leaving the garage, when in reality we got to our car to leave over an hour before our deadline but couldn’t move. I would give 0 stars if I could. NEVER use this garage, especially on weekends.
2nd edit: Emailed with customer service on Monday; they were very responsive, apologized, and gave a refund of the extra $20 charged. Leaving my rating and review where it is, but content with the customer service response
There are no words to describe our experience here. We, along with hundreds of others, were trapped for 2.5 hours due to some type of “malfunction”. To add salt to the wound, when cars finally began to move, the arm again would not raise and the woman we spoke to through the speaker wanted us to pay an additional $50 to exit due to the extended time. In short, do not ever park here or anywhere owned by these people.
My dad pre-paid for parking ahead of time as both of my parents are disabled. The QR code did not scan so we hit the button to speak to the office, they helped us through the situation and opened the gate to let us in (after confirming our information). When it was time to leave, we had the same problem, again we hit the button and the office staff opened the gate to let us back out. We were very impressed with their helpfulness.
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Returned back to garge after concert @11:30 pm....none of the cars even moved in line for over 3 hours...some of the other customers actually went down to street level to try to get the line moving. Horrible experience.
Is there a way to give it a zero? Never park here. I’m starting hour 3 of not moving as I type this.
Addendum. It took so long (over 3 hours) to get out of the garage that it went past the time I reserved and I had to pay another fee to get out. Horrible.

Validate our parking ticket then this garage still tried to charge us the full $20. The person from the garage said it's not one of their accounts. The address is on their web site
Parked here while on vacation and someone busted the driver window. They hit a bunch of other cars too. This garage doesn’t even have cameras. I was told this is a common occurrence at this garage. Don’t even waste your money parking here.
