I would normally not give a one and post it! In this case I feel it is necessary because the employee’s were under immense stress trying to keep up with making and taking orders due to lack of appropriate help. The 3 employees were doing their best to maintain patience as they scrambled around to assist customer orders. It’s a shame that 30 people waiting were disgruntle and complaining about there wait times at the expense of the employees mental well being. My heart hurt for how poorly the employees were being treated despite their efforts to maintain smiles and stay focused on customer service. It’s not fair to the employees or the paying customers to be under staffed as an effort to reduce overhead costs. Corporate America you can do better and I won’t be spending my hard earned money at this corporate establishment again. Do better for the people! Sending LOVE to the employees! I just want to remind customers we are in control and have more power than we realize, how you spend your time, money, and energy are how you create change.
This is a 3-4 stars fast service. The value is 4 stars. For an airport food and service are good. I didn’t like the interior concept. No seats and room is limited. It’s a grab and go, but a burrito is not something you can eat in a gate seat that easy. Def recommend the breakfast burrito.
The original burrito is great! 5 stars for the burrito flavor. Service however is slow. There were 3 ladies working the counter. It took one of them about five minutes to acknowledge my presence. Not a smile to be seen. I understand that working in the food industry sucks the life out of your soul, but damn, at least pretend. Two stars given for service because it was relatively fast once they took my order. The location is a hole in the wall, so what can you really say about "atmosphere".
It took a while to get people through the line when I was there because there was one person taking orders and then once I ordered three people came out from the side room. The burrito was fine, nothing to write home about. I had the Cajun Burrito with chicken. Would have been nice to get more than a couple jalapeño slices. I got charged .50 less than the sign for some reason.
The staff was rude. They gave the customer in front of me the wrong order then told him he didn’t know how to read his ticket number. He had the right number; they had the wrong order. After he told them this they still gave him my order and gave me his order. They didn’t care at all that they got the orders wrong.
The food was sloppily prepared. My burrito was falling apart before I even took a bite.
I don't think I've ever given a 1 star rating but I have to here. No seasoning of any kind, steak was dry as a bone, full of gristle, no flavor... Whole plate looked awful I couldn't even eat it
Cold soggy tortillas not fried, not even warmed up... Save yourself the trouble
Poor business ethics. The soda machine did not work. The bottles sodas were hot. Obviously because of fast replenishment with the machine not working. Ice is working but wanted to charge for ice. I left after paying for Chicken Nachos, which I told them they can keep those too and gave the warm Pepsi bottle back. Best of luck in your poor businesses ethics.
I ordered the steak taco plate with rice & beans, it was delicious. The line can get ridiculous sometimes but the two staff workers that are on duty works very diligently. They are hard workers & do a great job. Very friendly staff!
The steak is a bit salty, but other than that the food is delicious! I highly recommend this place. It's the best place to get food in B Gates.
It's located in the Southwest gates in the B Gates side. Make a left after you pass Starbucks and go down. Across from the gift shop & adjacent from Einstein Bagels.
