We came here on a Friday night. The food was ok the service was ok,but our waitress didn't speak any English. If it wasn't for my husband, I wouldn't have been able to understand a word she said. I ordered the margarita flight. I'm used to the flight being sampler drinks, not these they were full-size drinks, all sugar. I gave two of them away because they weren't strong at all, and they were way too sweet. My husband asked for a double captain and coke, and she brought him two captains and two cokes. There is nothing memorable about this place. I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon. This place is more of a lounge, not a restaurant. If you're not ordering bottle service, I don't think the waiter is even hearing you.
This is a pretty cool spot! The atmosphere is club- chic with several pops of color, beautiful murals, dance space, bar, and up beat music. The menu is not extensive like many Mexican chains, but quite limited in a good way! You can't go wrong with a margarita (there is a full bar available). The enchiladas were delicious & we also tried the queso with chorizo which was yummy! Their salsa is my favorite!
Great food. Amazing environment, the decoration makes you feel you're in México ???????? , food was delicious , everyone in there are so friendly, we had an amazing time definitely recommend it, Sunday they have brunch I have not tried it but one of this days I'll add soon as they bring the mariachi back ???? ???? ????!!!
New Favorite restaurant! The birria was amazing! The michaeladas are perfect , I had 4. I came on a night where the Elationmoment team was DJing and it was a good time! Nice big dance floor and bar.
This place is ok if u wanna have overpriced drinks and dance after 10 pm. Otherwise I would not recommend the food or service. I made reservations and was sat near a corner next to the bar, not the main room. The table cloths were wrinkly and dirty. No one came to take my drink order so I went to the bar to ask myself. When my party arrived, I had to grab the manager to let him know no one had asked us for our drinks or taken our order. The food took forever to come and when it did.. the queso con chorizo fundido wasn't even melted.
Came out for comedy night! As well as my birthday night. It was a blast! Such a good environment. Our server Tabatha was phenomenal while our bartender kept the drinks pouring. Food was great ???? I had enchilada's while my friend destroyed a burrito. All around good vibes that you can't get anywhere else. don't skip out on this place. Definitely going back!
Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had. In an effort to keep this "short & sweet" I wont go into many details & simply list our experiences:
Seated 40mins past our reservation. When we did finally get seated, they were short on chairs so we got random chairs from the restaurant (like a lounge chair & waiting area chair, when there were other dining chairs - just not close by). Took about 5-10 min for a server to ask if we wanted drinks. Another 20min or so to get our orders taken. Wait, it gets better: close to 20mins to get the 1st dish which was the simple chips & pork rinds. An additional 15mins for our 1st dish to come out WHICH was cold with under cooked rice. No more than 2 people ate at the same time because the dishes ALL came out at different times. Needless to mention 3 orders were wrong. In fact, the Bday boys dessert & Bday song happened BEFORE 1 adult and 4 kids ever got their food. To make matters worse, the dishes the kids never got on time were simple; Nachos & potato tacos. Poor kids were SO hungry they got full off the free chips, drinks (that usually were forgotten to be refilled) and others' food. Let me just say that my son & niece ate in the car because their food came out as we were paying our bill. (Will add a picture to prove it).
Sadly, I even spoke to the Mgr, and his attitude/response was: that's the nature of the business. "What do you expect?" he said, we've only been open 2 months and still getting used to it, but I'm very busy right now so sorry for your experience but I have to go. Mind you I started our conversation with "There's about 8-10 of us that would hate to give you guys such a terrible review, given our experience. In fact, I hate being that guy to make a new business look bad. But having had a bill over $250 I feel we deserve some sort of responsibility taken by management or the owners if there.
Lastly, I'd like to say, it's sad but a fair warning to all to see so many bad interviews, and worst, that the "written" complaints/reviews are prrreeetttyy similar.
Came here with a party of 11 place was no full at all and it looks really cool inside, however food was pretty bland, I noticed the bar was serving sodas from a can, we had ordered a flight of margaritas and they had to turn it down because they didn't have enough glasses to make the drinks, i noticed one of the workers also would only come to the table and pick up the glasses he needed for the next drink he was going to make, beers werentaken out of a cooler
sadly all of the waitresses had to bus theyre own tables while taking care of the other tables they're serving.
The pictures is of one of the workers just flirting with the girls the whole time we were here and when people would buy a bottle he would take them amd have them holdbthe signs for him and just take photos of them
This place just isn't restaurant ready and it falls on owners and management. sad to say but I'd never come here again even though the ambiance is nice.
