They have been cutting corners on the quality of food. The side of hummas was drastically reduced see picture and the steak kebab marinade was really watered down and not nearly as good. Lowering my rating by two points.

Healthy wholesome food. Quick but classy.
You don't have to feel guilty about eating anything on the menu; okay not the large cookies. The service has always been very good for us. They make the food to order as you wait at your table. The staff usually brings your food out within 5 minutes. The food is very tasty yet healthy. My personal favorite is the steak kebab with a nice balsamic vinaigrette sauce. Their side of hummus is also a personal favorite.
They have more than enough seating inside which has never been a problem. They have five tables with umbrellas outside as well.
Food is VERY flavorful, reasonable prices, nice ambiance, clean restaurant, restrooms are sanitized hourly, and GREAT customer service. I watched staff carry a woman's order to her car because she had a baby in her arms and he also came to our table to give us a status on our food. I don't usually like sparkling water but they found the right mix of flavors. Also the homemade cake is AMAZING! I tried to bring one home for my kids but I accidentally ate both. If you're in the area, you DEFINITELY have to eat here!
I am unimpressed with Zoe's. The branding and store design make the restaurant seem "cheap" and potentially not high quality. I didn't have options to customize my meal when i ordered online beyond adding extras for additional money. I paid close to $11 for a falafel and grain bowl. I do not feel that I received enough value for the price I paid. The falafel was slightly dry. Is the falafel made at a commissary off-site and then shipped frozen to the store? The grain blend was dry. The cucumber tomato salad had tomatoes that were not very ripe, wasn't overall flavorful, and there was not enough of it in the bowl. There was not enough tzatziki. The cucumber slices seemed fresh but didn't add much to the bowl. I would not order this bowl again-- not that I plan on coming back to Zoe's soon. I really hope that the recent purchase of Zoe's by investors and Cava either improve the quality or better yet transform all Zoe's locations into Cava, which I actually crave and enjoy SO much more than the bowl I had yesterday.
Great food, clean dining, and the staff were kind and helpful.
Taziki was excellent falafels were good kabobs were delish
We love this place. It's a great restaurant and the food is incredible. The coleslaw isn't like anything I've ever had. The feta cheese has a wonderful flavor. The chicken is tasty and the onions are perfect.
We've been eating here since they first opened and will continue to do so!
I have tried Zoes four times. I am not a picky eater but I don't think the quality of their food could be any worse. The falafel is like eating a Styrofoam ball and is very dry, the chicken kabob is equally as dry. I have also tried their orzo, which is watery and gross. The hummus is nothing exciting and the salad I had was wilted. I definitely will not order anything from here.
I had the Avacado and Corn Cobb. I was a good salad and new to me. However, they no longer keep the delicious Greek dressing on the table which I had liked. Chocolate cake was not as good as usual-- not as moist or as thick icing.
