Had an oil change and later an estimate on rodent damage on one of our cars (chewed wires). We always are confident in their repair work and especially enjoy getting a car wash each time we bring the car in.
I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 from Zimbrick. My sales person is Marko Baxter. I had a excellent customer experience. I bought this vehicle completely remote and I was hesitant initially, because I bought the car sight unseen. Marko was very honest, efficient, and ensured I understood everything about the car and transaction. I would say what sets Marko and this dealership apart is being honest with their customers and selling quality cars. I truly appreciate the excellent service and I will definitely recommend Marko to anyone in the market for a car.
I have the majority of service done on my cars there. Great service, if you plan ahead you can get a loaner, there prices are fair and they do great work. What more could you ask?!?
There are not many positive things that I can say about a car dealership. I don't have many positive comments on car sales persons. This dealership is the exception. Trent was fantastic. I usually attempt to avoid dealership repairs because of the expense. This dealership was a tad bit different I will return here in the future. There were some errors but this dealership covered the mistake, at no expense to me. Thanks Trent. It would be a pleasure to be your Friend ????.
Just purchased our pre- owned Pacifica from Marko. He was very understanding and patient with us. We were over an hour away and in a time crunch so he was able to do most of the paperwork over the phone to save us time. The process ended up being the quickest and easiest purchase we ever made. Poor layout, no room.... and pushy service department. I've got a job to do, mark your parking spots for tow in's or don't complain when I drop it in the most sensible spot.
Always good, friendly service and sales. They are professional and knowlegable, providing information about future models we're interested in. We've had car and van service at the Mercedes location. I'm treated respectfully as a Mercedes enthuiast.
At a Porsche dealership one would expect a decent experience. Not here. I ended up at Umansky instead and a respectable 5 star experience.
