The young lady at the POS, Paige was amazing! She was so sweet, very well spoken wonderful customer service, and answered each question accordingly. I also want to brag on how fresh the food was. The cook in the back is awesome. Every time we come and she is cooking. She does an amazing job thank you so much Zaxby’s Oakleaf!!!!
I order almost every day from this location and here recently my order has been wrong every time. Today I placed a mobile order and got home I order the zak nibble meal and wanted ranch instead of the zak sauce which is an option on the app all to get home and it’s just bread and chicken tenders. I think this may be the last time I order at this one it’s just something some wash and common if I wanted chicken tenders and bread I would get my usual meal with just the chicken tenders
I ordered 10 traditional wings. They gave me the 4 piece meal. I brought it to the cashiers attention. He apologized and said he would fix it. I thanked him and then got home to find the 4 piece meal. I understand mistakes but this is ridiculous! I speak English and so did he. How hard is this?
Foods been hit or miss recently I recently got nibblers that were hard as a brick! Fries missing seasoning, leaving out sauces. This store used to be great now I’ll go to the Zaxby’s on the north side before I go to this one. And don’t even get me started about their drive time it’s gotten terrible if I wanted to park and wait I would’ve just went inside!
Getting really tired of ordering from here n not getting any sauce but not only am I missing all my sauce but I was missing a tender on my sandwich this zaxbys location will not get my service anymore n if your looking for quality and quantity don’t go here (see pics)
Went through Drive thru ordered 5 finger plate double fries and 4 finger plate double fries. As I get my food, I think you know what my girl usually checks it, but I’m like they know what they doing- it’s not busy…. Well I’ll be damned lol got two 4 finger plates. The difference between 13.39 and 12.19 now seem very vast to me lol at least I got the extra sauce I paid for , I tell myself! ???? I then say, at least I can do the survey get a FREE BIG ZAX SNAK, with a purchase of a Big Zax SNAK- lol only to do the survey and at the end when it’s ask was I dissatisfied during my visit, once I clicked yes it just timed out. No thank you no warning code no validation code that I went through and took the survey and the one thing I marked highly dissatisfied was the accuracy of order- bring items missing.
Guess I learned two valuable lessons!
1.Come at your own risk, knowing you’ll have to check to make sure you get what you paid for also knowing that once you leave you’re left with little to no recourse outside of being treated like Aladdin before finding Genie-when going in to claim your missing item, or dealing with what I went through today with nobody answering the phone, and not having your survey go through (possibly due to it not being a 5 star review)
2.Always check your food even if it’s not busy because the potential for a mess up is moderate to high
I had to come and give Ms.Paige a shout out today. Her customer service was amazing and very impressive. I am in the service industry and when you find someone that can match your energy or exceeds it, you must acknowledge it. Job Well Done Ms.Paige in Oakleaf. I will come back just to see you.
I've been there a few times and each time was great. This last visit was extremely great. Justin and Paige were extremely wonderful. If they had more employees like them places would always flourish. Great Young People ❤️❤️❤️
