Needed to star smog my truck and this place was fast and easy. It didn't pop up in Google when I searched for star smog but was suggested by another mechanic. Waiting area is cool and comfy. Plus a clean bathroom.

I really didn't like this place. I gave it a 4 because they had the car my boyfriend had before he passed, but they wanted $4,000 for this car. Plus, their lunch break was for two and a half hours. I mean, come on now, who breaks for two and a half hours.

Our family has been coming here for at least 2 decades with no complaints. We are very happy! It has always been great scheduling our vehicles to be serviced with Vanessa in the front office and talking with Frank about his expert opinion on things. They are always upfront and honest about what your vehicle needs and that has never changed. Thank you Zarate's for everything!

I got the fuel pump on my truck changed here. They put in a fuel pump that was defective not once, but twice. The mechanic did not change the fuel filter before changing the pump. Now there saying my warranty does not include getting my money back. I spent 350 dollars here, and waisted two tows for nothing. I will never go here again, they are not professional at all. The mechanic does Mickey mouse work. The one lady in the office argues with you even though they messed up in their work. Rude and disrespectful people who aren't professional will not get my business. Never again will I go here and I will tell everyone to stay away.

Nothing at all! The engine light was on because I needed a catalytic converter but other failed smog paperwork was evident of that. They charged me $52 to check that duh!

I asked for a brake inspection said they couldn’t do that until the brakes get worse so they can understand what I’m talking about when I say the brakes fail to stop occasionally!! I need to know why!!!

I’d never ever recommend them to anyone!!!

We went to them threw the smog program we had a $850 voucher via text and we left our f-150 2000 for 2 days and they fixed the problem and also they did the smog and it passes when we picked it up on the 2nd day they had everything done and ready . They have good customer service and there prices are reasonable they break everything down so you know what kind of labor was done step by step

We always take our cars there for the past 10 15 years now. Customer service is great and usually the work by the tech that’s working on them. This time around the tech forgot to put back our gas cap. So running around town with out a gas cap my emission check engine light came on, and now my car would fail that too, cause we already failed the vision part of it. So now I had to do extra miles on it and put more gas in it and clear codes that I don’t have money for.
