I've never been to a restaurant that had nasty food, but I suppose there's a first time for everything. The first thing we got was our rolls, which tasted like yeast. Our lunch was the chicken strip meal. The chicken was bland. It had no seasoning at all and the french fries were borderline cold and saturated in grease. They were also under cooked so they were hard as well. We basically wasted our $22 at this place because neither of us are our food. I don't eat a lot and don't like taking leftovers home with me, say I usually order off the kids menu, but they refused to let me do that here. We won't be going back there again.
We enjoyed the place and would go back if we were in the area again. Service was pleasant, prices were good, and food was great. We were surprised there were no masks worn by any employees however.
I had the best burger I've ever has in my life here!! I believe it was called stuffed jalapeño burger. also, their coffee was amazing! soooo good, even with hazelnut creamer, which is my second favorite. I will definitely come here every time I visit the area.
Zack's Cafe is a great place to eat. Have eaten here multiple times, and never have been disappointed. Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend trying this place out! Not only do they have great food and an amazing staff, but the owners are very active in the local community; fundraisers, donating meals to homeless, supporting local law enforcement... Go check them out!
Been waiting for 1hr 10min since we have sat down for our food. Been coming here since Zack’s was new to town. Don’t know what has happened.. but there service is horribly slow. I’ve seen more “Deliva Orders” be fulfilled then sitting customers. Zack I’m sorry but you guys can do better. You did in the past… see ya.. $60 with tip.. and it took 1hr 10min to get our food.
Great wait staff, fast and delicious food. Did not cost a lot even though we got plenty of food!!!
Great food and service. Almost 5 stars. There were a lot of flies around the windows. Maybe sit outside or get to go until they address the problem.
First time visit and it was great! I had biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon and my wife had a hamburger with fries. halfway through the meal we switched food and we both agreed everything was great down to the iced tea. We will definitely go back when we are in the Miami area. Oops almost forgot to mention that the service was great and they were fairly busy at around 6:30 PM when we were there.
