I recently brought my car over to Yuvraj Automotive for a routine check up. My job is located a few doors down from them, and for a couple of weeks, my gut was telling me that I should have the car checked out ever since I had a part of the fuel injector repaired on the car during Labor Day weekend, 2023, and everything seemed to be running smooth since then. Kevin gave me a call while I was at work, and told me to come by to check out some problems that he spotted.
I’m so thankful that I brought the car over to them because Kevin and his mechanic Johnny brought to my attention several problems that I was not even aware of. Particularly, I had a severe oil leak that went undetected to me, because the undercarriage of the car was absorbing leaking oil. Kevin and Johnny had the car on the lift and kindly walked me through several other problems that are vital to the cars overall performance. They are both such nice, knowledgeable, and honest guys and gave me a fair price for addressing several much needed repairs on my car. I would highly recommend using them if you ever have an issue with your car. The minute I drove off from their garage in my repaired car, I noticed an immediate difference! If you’re in the St. James area and need your car checked out, don’t hesitate to visit/call these guys. They will do a great job..
Yuvraj is located just two blocks from my work. Instead of wasting a day waiting at the dealership, I made an appt to bring my Honda Clarity for its 30k maintenance here. Kevin and Johnny were excellent to work with. Completed all required maintenance items with detail paperwork. Went over the car with a full inspection. Did not try to upsell me any thing extra. Found a puncture on a tire and repaired it, also explained how much longer the tires will probably last considering my mileage. Communication was excellent and timely.
Walked over and picked up my car after lunch and saved some $$$ too.
This is the type of small business local communities need.

We've taken 2 vehicles here so far. Keep in mind, he does not do inspections at his shop, he takes them down the road. Which is perfectly fine!
Service is done in a timely manner, same day in and same day out for us. He makes sure to explain everything to you, from cost and repair to what the work entails, something a lot of mechanics don't do anymore.
They are easy to work with, communication is EXCELLENT! Something you don't get much of today. They are thorough.
Customer service is excellent as always. Even offering to drive you home within a few miles.
They take great care of your vehicle while it's in their possession, it comes back in the SAME EXACT condition of cleanliness you dropped it off in.

Kevin is the best! I went to him on a whim for a quick oil change but since then we have been going to him for all our cars repairs. He is efficient, thorough and responsive! And let me mention - he does his job with a smile! Also, he has great prices! Best shop around town!
One of the sweetest Mechanic I have ever met gave me a great price I had my tuneup done, tires changed, oil, change, and transmission oil. He took care of it within three hours I strongly recommend this place good to have a great and an honest mechanic in town!
Are you in search of a VEHICLE MECHANIC you can TRUST ?? I was too until I found KEVIN . I knew I needed an oil change I was driving down Lake Avenue I live in the neighborhood and I realized that Kevin‘s mechanic shop was opened on a Sunday almost 5 PM I would I looked through the window and he was in there working doing a big job on another vehicle he came outside and I explained that I really need an oil change and that I know it was Sunday but would you consider doing it for me he reassured me that it is no problem for him to do it he stopped working on the other car that he was doing a big job on he did an oil change and filter change a few other things I had him check out he advised me on my other concerns I had he was very conscientious he even let me stand in the shop and watch him work because he was a brand new person and a brand new mechanic and I wasn’t sure if I could trust him frankly but I do and then I needed him to give me a reminder call to come back to do other work that will be due and he tried calling But I had changed my phone number . He promised me a return call and I had no number that he knew . he saw my friend ( at his shop ) and asked her to tell me to call him because I needed the maintenance done on my vehicle he went above and beyond my girlfriend ended up going there and getting her tire fixed also I am very pleased with Kevin I can’t say enough about him . 05/09/2022
I had a flat tire when I left work. It was after 5. Stopped in and Kevin the mechanic was still there. He plugged the tire and even checked the oil for me. All within 20 minutes. I even made it to my 6 o'clock appointment. Service was friendly and done in a timely manner.
