She’s rude, unprofessional and the person that did my hair ruined my hair. I Had an appt with the owner and someone else did my hair. The person was nice but did a horrific job. My hair was falling out in the salon from over bleaching in certain spots. When I told them i was not happy with it the owner immediately began speaking badly in Spanish about me to other clients in the salon not knowing that I speak and understand Spanish. She then blamed it in no toner so I jet her do toner and it got worse . I asked her to just cover the whole thing in black and she told me it would cost me more money. I told her I didn’t want to go in public because It looks so bad and she said it didn’t look that bad! She just kept saying figure out what I’m doing because she’s leaving ! She knew it looked horrible she then tried to charge me 250.00! I told her no and she charged my charge 214.00 for that horrible job. I had to run to my car and out my hair up. I had told her I was going on vacation to please fix it and she didn’t care she just kept making faces and speaking badly about me to the other clients. I have been getting ing the same style and color for over 5 years and it’s always got done perfectly by other Dominican stylists with no problems at all. Today is the next day and my hair was falling out in the shower and it looks even worse. I had to go buy 2 dye kits and cover it all up at 2:00 am and at 9:00pm the next day I was alerted by my credit card company that she charged my card again for 214.00 as a purchase as if I was in the salon!
Loved that Yudy listened to what I wanted and took her time when I asked to cut a bit more. I has a straight bob but I needed layers while keeping my length. Maria her mother was wonderful when washing my hair and had a warm loving character ????. I highly recommend for silk presses, hair cuts, relaxers, and maintaining healthy hair. Great products and did not over heat my hair.
My first time coming to this salon it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ???? the owner aswell her mother are wonderful lady’s whom really takes there time in doing ur hair making sure you leave absolutely looking beautiful this will be my stylist for now on I’m new to Ocala and it’s hard to find a Dominican that can do hair ???? but I found her … after reading some of the negative reviews I can’t see why they would right what they wrote ????♀️ the owner aswell her mother are very nice lady’s and friendly ???? they make you feel very welcomed I didn’t see nothing of rudeness in them !!! Sometimes you must ignore the negative comments and see for ur self ???? I highly recommend this salon GBU

I wanted to get highlights applied to my hair, and I decided to try Yudy Dominican salon. I showed her the color I was looking for and she nailed it, my service was amazing, and my hair was done with care by a true haircare professional.
Everything was amazing and fast. I will definitely be back.
