Diagnosed for 15 minutes and charged $187.00. Ouch!
Originally had an appointment set up to replace serpentine belt. I emailed in the morning and said I didn’t think that was the issue. Can it just be diagnosed? I wish I was aware of the diagnostic price.
Bryan is a great mechanic. Reached out on a Sunday evening, he was out within a few hours. Diagnosed and worked with my questions about what was ultimately a fuel pump issue. Gave clear, concise quote on parts + labor, no frills, and then took the logical better cost option based on what he needed to actually replace. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Yesterday I called 4 mobile mechanics, none answered. This one text me to ask for information for my car and what I needed. He gave price for diagnoses. I text twice asking for estimate for repair. After answering right away, today I still haven't heard from them. My car needs repair, I can't drive it, the reason I called a mobile mechanic. Very disappointing and a big thumbs down. Moving on......
UPDATE: expected the snarky response as you have done to others. I have the correct business, if I could post pictures I would. It was absolutely not an auto text. Also, less than a half hour after the review, I got a text asking for my name, which was not an auto text. You should take criticism to help improve your business. Good luck ????????
Wonderful service! Brian and Chris were both responsive. They made sure the van was safe for me to drive. I highly recommend Your Mobile Mechanic.
Brian helped us in the middle of the night when we were out of gas and needed some help. he was super friendly, and accommodating, and was there in no time.
Really saved our butt when our Isuzu NPR diesel box truck wouldn’t start. Nice to know there’s someone who can come diagnose an electrical grounding issue on a commercial vehicle. Will keep using for random issues with our fleet.
Very very disappointed!! This guy charged $160 to come and look at our RV. He diagnosed the problem as the starter needing to be replaced. We asked him to please give us an estimate on the parts and labor. A few days went by with no response. I finally got him to respond to my text, and he said he needed my license plate number and then vin#. I sent to him and have been calling him. it has been two weeks and he still hasn't responded. I've left several messages with no response. I hate to pull out the race card but we are people of color and now we are beginning to think he is not responding because of the color of our skin. THIS IS SUCH BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Bryan came out and got our ignition unstuck s as well as diagnosed other issues that needed to be addressed. Nice guy! Will definitely use him again!
