I requested for a messy fringe hairstyle with a taper and provided reference pictures and videos but instead got a hairstyle completely different from what I requested and became a really short middle part. I requested a refund for how bad the haircut turned out but was denied and instead was told that it wasn’t her fault and that I needed a perm to fix it which would have cost an additional $80 on top of the $30 cut. Absolutely hate my hair right now and will not be coming back here ever again.
My mother came by to get a dry. The owner is really nice. The ambiance of the salon is very clean and elegant. I would come back again!
I called on Saturday for a wash and trim. The salon gave me an afternoon appointment. The wash and cut were just what I wanted. My stylist did a great job. This is a nice salon and the prices are very reasonable. I am happy with my haircut and will return.
Our regular spot for hair cut. I think they are very reasonably priced, and consistent for hair cut. Very friendly as well, and has a spacious parking lot. Highly recommend!
I visit regularly. The staff are always friendly, professional, and do a great job. They always keep the appointment time. Sometimes it gets busy so if you are late for your appointment you might need to wait but they will try to accommodate you. Their English is not perfect but they always understand what hairstyle I want and I leave happy. 5 stars!
Made an appointment, there was no waiting line when arrived, and they finished the hair cut.
The problem is: the haircut was low quality. Some areas were much longer than others, making the overall shape look inconsistent. More importantly, I gave this feedback immediately at the shop, they tried to fix it but didn't really do much better.
I don't know if it's due to lack of skill, or just didn't pay attention at all. I haven't had this experience in other Hair Salons before, will never go back again.
I get my hair cut and all my boy's hair cut here and they are great. Clean hair cuts all around and everyone is so nice.
Bring a picture with you and be prepared to sign a COVID-19 waiver. Staff speaks little to no English but the stylist will do a great job and will give you what you asked for including a recommendation or two. They also sell excellent hair Product.
