Needed my car towed, called them up for a quote and sounded legit. We set a pick up time an hr and a half later while I finished my errands. Driver was really cool and friendly and knew what he was doing. He said any time I needed him give him he is on call 24/7. Definitely recommend to others ????????

Not sure how EZ towing has 4.5 stars. We called them a few weeks ago to pick my wife and I from an auto parts store and were told we’d have to wait about 45 minutes for them to get there and we were fine with that, he seemed polite and all. What the problem was is that after an hour they called us back to tell us they had gotten a flat and they were going to take longer than expected and asked if we wanted to wait or call someone else. Being understanding we said we were willing to wait but a good hour or more had passed and we called back and no answer. We thought maybe they’d still be busy or driving and can’t pick up, we gave him more time and called again, no answer. We called several more times but at this point we were sitting in our car at the auto store that we watched close and lock up (mind you they didn’t have the part we needed so we couldn’t have bought the part we needed and leave anyways). Still trying to be optimistic we tried calling again to try to let him know not to come for us anymore but they weren’t bothering to pick up. We could have walked home and gotten there at this point and the walk would have taken almost 4 hours. We ended up just turning on the hazard lights and driving home in our car that could have just shut off in the middle of the road with the steering wheel locking in place. That whole night they never decided to call us to let us know they couldn’t show up. If they couldn’t have picked us up anymore, we would have appreciated them simply letting us know and we would have found another way home.

I was traveling to Florida from Massachusetts when my alternator let go. I reached out to Ez Out and he was so helpful on the phone. I had no idea where I was and he helped me use my phone to locate my location. He arrived quicker than expected, and was extremely friendly. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, don't look any further, this is your place! Thanks again!!

Had an appointment scheduled 24 hours in advance for a tow to car dealership. Was told someone would call 15 minutes prior to arrival, no calls. I called office line four times no one answered. My business or recommendations will never come to your company. Thanks for leaving me stranded.

We called this morning for a tow to the dealership. They provided an accurate time estimate and called when they were on the way. Richard was friendly and worked fast. We appreciated everything!

Terrible!! Terrible!! Company!!! .... please do not go here.. they damaged my vehicle and tried to blame me for the damages when my car was towed for a fuel pump issue. All I asked was for them to fix what they damaged and the owner RICHARD was completely rude and uncooperative saying that I drove my car like this. He also brought his wife to my house who also was extremely rude and unprofessional even to the point of using profane language towards me. Whatever you do make sure you take pictures of ever thing on your car before you let them tow. In the pictures you can the bottom of the motor touching the tow truck dolly, so when they lowered the car down the pressure from the dolly pushed up on the motor therefore breaking the motor mount bracket.

We moved here not long ago this the third time we have used them... plus my brother n law has called on them twice....great service, always available, and never over charges. Our vehiclespecially have always been taken care of. Richard and the other boys are great!
