Terrible service! The cashier spent the entire time on her phone (literally having a phone conversation). She did not assist me or offer to assist me. I needed a few items to deep condition before I install my twists. I'll stick with shopping online in the future.
Not customer oriented. Very rude and judgmental people . I will not go here again, the girl with the short hair Hispanic and clip does not know how to treat customers . They sat there had full blown conversations but when i came to ask for something she had an attitude and oh i know what you said very aggressive . Dear owner please help your employees gain experience in being nice to customers
Overall I was impressed with this store. Very similar to Sally's, even carries the "Wella ColorCharm" liquid toners and hair dye. The staff does an EXCELLENT job keeping inventory organized, but is not very pro-active in their approach of customer service.

This store is on the corner of my neighborhood and I cringe every time I have to go to this store... Customer service they DONT have it.. they aren't going to speak when you come in.. When you ask them a question they will respond really short and snappy and add a mam to make it seem sweet.. and this is no Matter who is working UNLESS the owner is there.. The girls they hire are ughhh... The prices are higher than the other hair stores and getting the products you need is a hit or miss. Like todat.. Im leaving without Gel... They have another location.. It is better. But just not in the area
The shop is located just to the right of the Fry's market.
Went with my wife to buy a wig and spent several minutes looking for one she liked. We've never purchased a wig and knew nothing about them. We could have saved time if one of the two associates had asked if we needed help instead of eating behind the counter. In all fairness there were other customers in the shop, so they were also helping them. We found 2 wigs, one to dark the other one the hair was to stiff.
We took them to the counter an and at this point found out that most of the wigs are available in different colors and conditioner would change the feel. Both wigs ended up being out of stock so they sold us the displays at a discount. We also purchased shampoo and conditioner. They didn't have heads or stands for storing them so we got those from Amazon. They have a great selection of other beauty products too.
Me and my two daughters shopped here for human hair and other products. Reyna was extremely helpful and personable. Great customer service!
I went to their new store by Fry's of baseline and 7th St. It was nice and clean. Bigger than the other location . Staff is so friendly and very helpful and honest. John the manager is so funny and has beautiful , smart young ladies working with him. They helped me pick some beautiful hair and it matched my budget. Thanks ladies I'll be back in 4months
Well organized and stocked. Has more variety than other local hair stores! Especially for blacks. No shade.. The ladies working there made good recommendations that worked for my hair and my baby girls hair. They were polite and to the point. I'm from the east coast so some of the weave is pricey but thats just how it is in this area.. Only hair store I go to tho..
