Terrible service. Triple booked the same time for 3 different people so they never made it to me and I missed my flight. Called the office and spoke with a gentleman there who straight up said that they wouldn’t have called me to let me know the driver wasn’t going to be on time and was rude throughout the whole interaction as if it was my fault. Just use Uber
Cabs are dirty. They'll crowd you into a cab with people you've never met, even have people sitting on the floor of the van, but don't discount the fare any. The fare is different every time.
Overall negative experience. Wait times are long. The staff on the phone are not helpful. The cabs are disgusting, and the drivers are rude. The refuse pickup locations on the weekends and will only go to the subway area.
Consistently late. Most recently called an hour ahead of when I needed to be back, took them over 40 minutes to show up. All the while, they "just needed a minute to grab some gas" or were "just a block away." Use them to get on/off post if you need, then find a better equipped service.
I've used a couple of there cabs and they always aren't great. Most of the vehicles are in terrible shape. The first cab I took the driver was a smoker who had either been smoking inside the cab or just had a smoke and it was a strong smell made worse by the fact that he had the AC recirculation on. I had also called and requested the cab to come and get me but when I had arrived the can had picked up another person and dropped them off first. Both of us were charged 30 dollars for a 15 minute ride. My cab today picked my friend and I up and 5 other people. Stopping to get more and more. I understand the "hussle" but we have places to be and the detores add to the cost of our trip. It's honestly a scam. It's a terrible service that I would never recommend.
This service is a real gamble if you're trying to get somewhere on time. It's not a matter IF it shows up, but when. I tried to get a taxi to go to Commando's and drop off my phone for Ranger School, and it took about an hour to get a cab. When you get in, they prioritize their own routes by proximity and how many people they can respond to, rather than the individual. Think of it like a public bus but you still have to pay the fare.
When I called ahead to go to Camp Rogers, they left without me because I was one minute late out the door from the hotel; they are not patient. Mind you, I didn't have a phone at the time. I requested another taxi immediately and another one showed up an hour later.
If you're with a group of people and have a day to kill driving around post, go for it. If you're trying to get somewhere on time, it's a gamble.
This post is in need of a real bus service like at Fort Bliss, not some monopolized cab company that was established through nepotism.
The service is terrible. Cabs are always late anywhere from 45min to an hour to arrive and the answering service at times is really rude. The base needs to invest in buses and get rid of this company. Sometimes the cabs just don’t show up. The service seems extremely un professional! Cabs are often dirty and AC’s broken. Stopping to pick up multiple passengers and causing you to be late to where your going!
