I loved how my hair came out and the service was awesome. I got a trim and steam condition. They are all very talented. I don’t know what salon these other people with low ratings are talking about. They must be confused smh
Does this look like a silk press? I asked for one. She got a flat iron. I could’ve done this.
Yeimy is very professional. Great stylist. Very warm and kind. I followed her from another shop when she opened her own.
I walk in with my hair looking crazy and walk out with my hair looking amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME! ????????????????.
They provided good quick service. I would definitely visit them again.
I called to see if I could get an appointment same day and was informed that Saturday's were walk-ins only and that I could come in. I arrive at 11:45am waited an hour when I was ushered to the shampoo bowl the to the dryer where I waited another 2 1/2 hours (half was actually under the dryer). Then I removed the rollers myself and paid for the shampoo and left at 3pm as I had another appointment.
The stylist apologized stating she was the only one there today. Very nice person and the salon was clean but she could've said when I called that while walk-ins are available, we're very busy so you wait could be up to 3 hours.
Would I go back I don't think so but with an appointment I'm sure you would be pleased as there were several repeat clients in that day.
They put a perm in my hair without asking me or telling me that it was a perm in the dye. Now my hair is falling out, I will never go to that salon ever again. Thanks for making my hair fall out.
Update: so I messaged the salon owner and they denied that they did my hair and I sent her other people bad reviews. She going to say those are not my reviews so now she is getting reported. Nobody go time time for liar, just own up to your mistakes.
I’m really disappointed & angry at the quality of service I have consistently received from this salon. I have been a repeat customer and have given them the benefit of a doubt over and over again. They seem to have no regard for one’s time, each time I visit I am left unattended to for hours! Last time it was 2 hours off my day wasted just seating around waiting to be attended to and I decided to schedule an appointment to eliminate the wait, but I was wrong! I signed in at my appointment time & was left unattended to for an hour with no word on when I would be serviced. My time is valuable to me, my day is planned & it is unreasonable for me to schedule 4 hours of my day for a simple silk press or 6 hours for a traditional sew-in. They could do better learning to respect peoples time.
