Best WLM Reviews
It was our first time trying this place. Little bit on the rude side of service. I like to dress down when I go to new places so that I can experience the service properly. There was no recommendations other than the most expensive dishes and the food was ok. I like to judge a place based on their simplest dish and for the price, I'd say it was OK. Lots of people who are seeking culture patronize this place. I think the side dishes were the best part. Other than that, it's not a place that I'd frequently go to. In my opinion, every customer should be treated as if it's their first time and as a host you should explain the menu and the favorites. We left a bit dissatisfied after driving 45 minutes to get there. Plus, we've tried other places on the same street that blew this place out of water when it comes to service and flavors. If it sounds crazy, I drive 389 miles to a small hole in the wall in LA to have their soup and leave craving another bowl. You should try this place and hope you have a better experience.
Delicious Korean food. They have dishes other spots don't have. Try them out if your in the area or hungry for Korean.
Delicious food! I've tried the bibimbap, bulgogi, and their cheesy seafood soup and have been impressed by all of it. They serve so many unique side dishes and the servings are pretty sizable for the main dish too, so make sure you have room!
This is probably the first time I had those tiny whole crabs as a side dish. Delicious!
Was visiting Lake Tahoe, Sacramento and San Francisco for a week. Stop by here late at night after a long day and Omgosh. The service was amazing, the grandmas were so sweet and caring about what my friends and I ate! Everything was so delicious and such big portions ! Originally from Texas so surprised how big the portions were here! But everything tasted way better here as well ????❤️ I’m going to miss the service the most because all of them interacted with us! And also gave me skincare advice cuz their skin is beautiful!
Great Korean spot in the Rosemont-Sacramento area. Came in for early dinner, 5pm-6pm. Staff was friendly, greeted us, and we sat down promptly. The dining area was pleasing and plentiful.
Ordered the Bossam, Fried rice Kimchi & Kimchi Jige. Food came out nice and fresh. They served lots of side dishes as well, I couldn't name them all, but steamed white rice, kimchi, pickled reddish, were a few of them.
Terrible service and a lady came out running towards my car and made us stand in the parking lot white it was raining just because we didn’t tip. I asked for a napkin and the server shook her head and mumbled because she had to bring me a napkin and we were consistently getting stared at and disrespected in the same manner one of the time instead of mumbling something in a disrespectful manner she blew her lips together to express how fed up she was and ended up blowing spit everywhere. The server made me sign again on the receipt I had already signed in two different spots. All in all it made us want to leave and felt like hostages
Best Korean food I’ve ever had! The owners are beyond accommodating and so very nice! There’s more than a dozen little side dishes that come out with every meal and it’s very fun to taste each one of them. I highly recommend getting the stone bowl. The beef is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend taking friends and family here on any occasion.
YD has been my favorite Korean restaurant in Sac for more than 6 years. However, unlike past visits, it kinda let me down this time. Still not bad, but the taste and size of food are not as good as before, especially the seafood pancake. :(
