Best WLM Reviews
Stranded on the road with a flat, Yaughn Tire treated me like a family member. Traveling south from Atlanta on a day trip with girlfriends, I had a flat on 341 just north of Fort Valley and called Yaughn Tire after a random Google search. True to the reviews, I got excellent service. Nic was friendly and helpful on the phone. He did not have the tire I needed in stock, but he ordered one from a nearby warehouse and sent someone out to get my rim. The warehouse was slow in getting the tire delivered, so Nic himself drove to Byron and got it. All this time he called me several times with progress reports. Soon enough I was back on the road in time to make both our destinations and enjoy the rest of our day.
They are not good for nothing but changing tires and sometimes oil changes anything else do mot take your vehicle there. I am so disappointed ????. They don't care, all they want is more money even if it is not what's wrong with your vehicle.
These guys are great. I had a tire puncture while traveling Thursday and needed a quick plug install. I didn't catch the young man's name, but he was very helpful and outgoing. He easily could've told me kick rocks. Most importantly, they were busy and at the end of the day. Thanks, Yaughn Tire & Auto.
I would not recommend this company to no one for a oil change, my sister went to them to get a oil change a month ago. Out of the blue her car will not start and she get it towed to her dealer, they are telling her no oil is in her car. So they had to put 6 quartz in her car. I used to love Yaughn Tire, but they are messing up people cars. And the woman in the front have a bad attitude.
I wouldn't recommend EVER taking your vehicle to Yaughn Tire & Auto in Ft. Valley, GA. I had to have a tire mounted and balanced on a wheel today. ANY TIME I EVER have a pre-owned tire, I ALWAYS spray them with degreaser & scrub them thoroughly INSIDE & OUT. Today, they call back and suddenly there is a 3" long nail protruding thru the tire. So, I tell them that's fixable and that I will patch it when I get home. 4 minutes later again I'm called back, now there's a bulge in the sidewall of the tire. Looks as if they heated a piece of steel with a torch, held it to the inside of the sidewall, then mounted it and filled it with air. The bulge is your result. Crooked business I suggest avoiding at all cost.
Great service, went to repair my tire and they were si nice and quick on it, definitely going back
Great, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking staff! Would highly recommend
Bought a set of 70,000 mile tires for my wife’s car. They never wrote the mileage down. Anyhow the tires lasted 30,000 miles at the most. Went in to see what we could do about it only to be told by the owner I would have to purchase 2 more tires and he would pay for my alignment. Really I tried to do business with them because they are local and my family does business with them, but I personally would not recommend them to change a bicycle tire!!
