Update Prices!! So I ordered 3 subs for me and my guys based on the menu and prices listed online. Low and behold it was 56 dollars when I got in there. Mind you I placed the order over the phone and not once was the total told to me. Very disappointed, feel like I deserve an explanation or a free meal. 60 dollars for onsite lunch is too high for a small business owner.
10/10 will be back, my husband and I have been searching for a good cheesesteak and we totally found one here! Their fries with old bay were fresh and hot and their mozzarella sticks might have just been my favorite from any where and I love mozzarella sticks, we will definitely be back, service was also great, very friendly (:
Very tasty cheesesteak and the people were great. I liked the thin roll because it still had good bread to crust ratio. The cheesesteak was very tasty BUT needed more of everything and a smaller price. Plus, I have gotten spoiled by other places parking, bathrooms and tables.
Slap! When it comes to Italian Subs Cindy is the best. Mikes Cheesesteaks are the juiciest and best I’ve had in Wilmington. This place is consistently the best!!

The Italian I ordered was really good with a good balance of meat and veggies. The cheese steak was nice and meaty. The rolls on both were perfect. Yatz's doesn't disappoint. I would rank their cheesesteaks up there with Ioannoni's. No Coop Sharp though.
Food is good but parking is absolute nightmare and not enough counter help so wait times are a little longer then usual
