This place brings back the good memories of the classic hot dog stand/drive up. Loved the place, the service, good time!!
This is a fun spot to go to. Takes you back in time with carhop service! Love the Frosted Root Beer Floats! I love all the unique names they have for their sandwiches!

Pretty good little spot. We had the foot long, dog house burger, the pizza-dog wich, fried mushrooms, regular root beer and a red cream soda float.
The pizza sandwich was pretty plain, just like some bread with 2 hot dogs, a small slice of pepperoni, little bit of sauce and cheese, that's it. ????♀️
The foot long, burger, mushrooms, and floats were all pretty good and we'd get again. Service was quick and pleasant also. Love that they have car window service or you can park over on the side and they have a covered patio you can sit and enjoy food outside.

Root beer and dogs brought to ones car are the quintessential drive-in experience.
But the factor which stands out and garners my continued patronage is the absolutely stellar burgers. Juicy and smokey everytime.
I enjoy these burgers with so much fervor that I would like to shake the hand of the man who makes the delectable delicacies.
A resounding recommendation from me.
Had the Rebel burger, which was tasty and tater tots. Finished off with a root beer float in a frosty mug. Great stuff.
I don't like making the tip decision when placing order and having to pay first. You don't know yet how your food or service will be. Also the root beer is fantastic, but do not buy the gallon unless you will drink it all in 12 hours, it's in plastic jug, unlike glass in the old days, so carbonation is gone in ten hours or so
Been coming here since I was a little kid since they've been around longer than me. The place is very well known locally and has changed ownership several times over the years. Thankfully, the current owner has done an excellent job of bringing the place back to its former glory along with being open to trying new things to keep things fresh.
They've always been best known to us for their signature foot long coneys and draft root beer. Anytime we're back home visiting family we have to stop if it's within season.
The staff are excellent and it's rare to find any legit drive in places anymore but if you're in the area or close enough during the summer season, we highly recommend checking it out!
Tonight a couple friends and my husband and I decided to have a later dinner. We went to Wot a Dog arriving at 6:45. Placed our orders at 6:55. When we pulled in there were 3 cars in the parking lot and 4 in the car hop area. We waited...more cars arrived. We started noticing the car hops were getting their orders. After 40 min we asked for our drinks. Asked how long, response was im not sure 10 min. After literally an hour we got our food.
We've loved eating at this establishment but tonight changed our minds. The wait was ridiculous for 2 burgers, foot lond and a TX tenderloin and just a couple sides. The waitress wasn't at all friendly nor was she apologetic for the hour wait. We won't be back anytime soon.
