There are actually two different companies running this parking structure. The one on the south side is $12 early bird. The one on the north side is $13 but if you park on the north side you can exit on flower. Which is much easier than exiting on Figueroa.

First of all, like many downtowns, DTLA is frustrating. Kaiser Permanante is on hope street.
I parked in the worldtrade center.
All sorts of bad things. I paid 26 dollars because i didnt park in bank of america.
To make a long story short, I couldnt get out of the structure. I have a bad knee, broke a lot of parking rules. The parking attendant went over and beyond. I am so grateful for her kindness. Five stars for the parking manager.
There was a shuttle across the street at the LA Hotel Downtown which we just took from there down. The lot was empty most of the time so we found no issues finding parking.
It was also very clean.
It was really confusing even with the app map. Is so dark down there u can barely see the sign
