The burgers were delicious and the atmosphere too.
I ordered a well done Burger and it arrived medium. I still ate half of the burger and the waitress was so nice and gave us a discount. Even the Manager came to apologize. We feel very well taken care off and would come back any time.
The portions are big but not too big and the drinks/cocktails are super nice, too :)

Located within the Universal Studio Boulevard outside the theme park as with many others establishments. Nicely located confronting a lake and opposite across a bright colourful scenic view of other cafes and restaurants. The landmark of Universal Studio rotating globe is within view.
One of the Hard Rock establishment that does not just offers the Restaurant and Rock Shop, but also a Live Concert Hall in one place. Awesome view at night. Everything else seems consistently standard as any other Hard Rock cafes offers.
Acceptable service and quality of foods. Nice atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. Step outside, a nice night scenic view with neon and LED lights across the lake. A good walk strolling the surrounding after dinner just bring out the mood…wonderful.
It's a very busy place! Alot to look at. Food was good. Our server was great! Don't go here if you need to have a peaceful meal. It's not happening. Fun memorabilia!
The food here is good, but nothing you can't get anywhere else. The atmosphere is what you're her for.
We will usually eat here before a show next door at the live venue. We have always sat in the bar since the wait to get a table has always been a bit longer than we have time for. It's definitely a fun time. However, if you are looking for a memorable plate of food, I would just say enjoy the decor and memorabilia that are all over the place and take that memory home with ya.
Went in for a bite after a day at Universal parks.
It was quite busy, but got seated upstairs fairly quickly.
Like other Hard Rocks there was an abundance of music memorabilia adorned on the walls.
This place had a lot to take it!
Mary was our server and she was top notch!
The crispy chicken sandwich was a hit with our party.
The fajitas were decent, but the tortillas were a bit hard around the edges….and the toppings all came served together on one plate…the sizzling plates of chicken kept this from being an underwhelming dish.
The chicken in the Caesar salad was very, very dry and we sent it back and did not order any other entrees.
The pound cake and ice cream dessert was nice.
The food would get a 3.5/5
Very historical in rock music. So cool to see bands like the Beatles, Rush, Alice In Chains, and others in this restaurant. Food was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and were also very knowledgeable about the historical artifacts as well.
Great vibe of a restaurant. They are the biggest Hard Rock in the world. With cool design in the restaurant. The price was reasonable and the service was great. We got a friendly server for our table. Recommend people to have a meal here after visiting Universal Studio.
Nice Mother’s Day dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe Orlando. Service was great. They allow you to walk around and explore the upper and lower floors while you wait for food. There's a lot rock history on display at the Orlando HRC. It's certainly bigger than Chicago's Hard Rock.
