Been a while since I’ve been here and the food has only gotten better! So fresh and delicious. We got the new chicken artichoke flatbread on regular bread. Their steak bowl. Burgers. And took advantage of the taco Tuesday specials!
I’m a craft beer lover and chose this location due to it being only a 4 minute drive from the car rental center. It ended up being so good we ate here on both the post arrival and pre departure.
My party enjoyed all their entrees from BBQ chicken flatbread to fish and chips. The favorite was the massive German pretzel.
Prices were competitive with the best deals on beer and food being during happy hour.
Full bar with low/high top and patio seating. Very loud environment especially outside because it’s near the highway. Very good service. I would return.
I recently dined at World of Beer in Tampa, Florida, and it was a delightful experience. The ambience, while your typical sports bar setting, offers a lively atmosphere with indoor and alfresco seating, including the cleverly named "Flight Deck" outdoor section. It's perfect for fun gatherings, though not ideal for romantic dinners.
The service, led by our attentive server Autumn, was excellent. She ensured our needs were met, and the food arrived promptly. Speaking of food, it was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I highly recommend the hamburgers, sweet potato fries, fried chicken tacos, and coleslaw.
The restaurant boasts an extensive beverage selection, especially during happy hour, with many different types of beers on tap. Special food deals, like discounted hamburgers on Mondays and tacos on Tuesdays, add to the appeal. Overall, World of Beer earns my high recommendation for its delicious food, quick service, and an overall enjoyable experience. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that we visited both nights during our time in Tampa.
Food was absolutely delicious. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for takeout, waiter was professional and food came out in 22 minutes.
The place was packed, and I am impressed.
I walked into World of Beer, having never been there before and not knowing what to expect.
We sat on the patio and had a great server that was friendly and attentive.
The Cali bowl with seared tuna was one of the tastiest bowls, or meals that I've had in a long time.
I'm glad I stopped in when I happened to be in the area, and will absolutely do it again next time around.
Having managed a sport bar myself I know how important programming is. Also having owned craft beer bars I know how important selection is. This place missed badly at both. Is there some sort of chain purchasing agreement like Buffalo Wild Wings or what? So many great beers in Tampa and noted no one from Cigar City though I do understand Spruce Street isn’t far away. But back to programming. A top 5 NCAA basketball game is on and you have to ask to get it on? That’s lazy management. Same with the beer procurement. Do better! Food was really good though and our waiter did a good job recommending a beer to fit what we wanted despite the selection being meh especially for a place called World of Beer.
Beer, service and atmosphere were great. The tots were bland and the rest of the food was just ok.
The first time here, the wings were very good, but the baked mac and cheese ess incredible!! Our server was great even on a busy night.
