It's a small take out joint. Very nice people.
I really like the spring rolls. It's fresh, the pork and shrimp are tasty, it fills you up without making you heavy. Perfect for lunch. I ask for the cilantro to be removed. They have two sauces you can order, a dark garlic sauce and a sweet chili pepper sauce. You can have mild heat (1) or spicy heat (10). I always go for an 8 and find it just right. It has heat but it doesn't make me need to drink milk or anything lol.
I really enjoyed the food I've had, but the spring rolls are my go to

OG owners retired and their niece took over. They said they will still keep wongs menu but have changed the name to Quiksub. Still tastes like wongs! Very good food and they have some new additions! Loved the Thai tea and vermicelli salad that they added to the menu. And as far as I can tell the OG Wongs Kitchen items, still taste the same!
My family loves Wongs Kitchen!! We go here very often! Amazing food and service! We got chicken lo mein, pork fried rice, chicken chow mein and cream cheese wontons. Would highly recommend!
Don’t listen to the recent negative reviews. We have been getting takeout from Wongs for over five years. Tonight was our first time back since the new ownership, and the food tastes and looks exactly the same!
We just went here for the first time since the name changed. We were surprised and happy to learn they have the same menu and food as Wong’s. The old owners’ niece took over when they retired. They are adding subs soon, hence the new name. If you liked Wong’s, come give them a shot.
I grew up in South Saint Paul and used to love Wong's kitchen. Whatever they did with the new management now is terrible. The food LOOKS and tastes like garbage, and is shickingly overpriced for both the quantity and quality. $50 for two apps and two entrees. They've also made the decision to penalize the customer by passing the 3% credit card fee onto you, rather than accepting that everyone uses a card now and that's just part of running a business. I'm all about supporting local hometown businesses, but this place has turned into trash from the good name it once was. Don't go here. There's a place just up Cahill that's actually worth your money if you want Chinese food.
The food wasn’t good, frozen egg rolls from the store and very little meat, in this case chicken, in the chow mien and fried rice. WAY WAY overpriced and you can’t even use a debit card without being charged 3%, they also put a tip plate by the register and fill it up with one’s to make you think everyone else tips, so transparent it’ll make you laugh. I believe they are under new management. Good luck to them, their going to need it.
We loved it when it was Wongs. Love it still as Qwik Sub. The best food. Nicest people.
Wanted Chinese takeout. One of my longest faves Chinese places. 11 March 24...Hot, Spicy Chicken , with White rice... delicious as I knew it would be... spicy #7... don't let the QuikSub name fool you. Still Wong's, same family ...just upgraded...soon, she told me they're going to have sandwiches, hence the Sub in the name... great food.
