Adorable brunch spot in PG. A little pricey, but the food is excellent and well worth the money knowing you're getting quality food and an experienced team of professionals running the restaurant. I got their mushroom and caramelized onion omelet with goat cheese and it was amazing! Ask for your breakfast potatoes extra crispy!! Otherwise they will come out looking inedibly pale and boiled.
Such a cute little place, loved everything about it.
First the ambiance was very organic and chic, small, cozy but never felt cramped. Clean, earthy wholesome. The staff was super friendly, and lovely.
The food fantastic, very generous portions and the mimosas excellent.

A few negatives would be a surcharge for using credit card and it's a small restaurant; so there's usually a wait especially on weekends.
Our food was outstanding. You couldn't ask more of an avo toast with a perfectly runny poached egg. My companions had delicious lemon ricotta pancakes and a bowl of oatmeal with a whole cooked (baked?) banana laid on top. Our lattes were excellent as well. We took a large peanut butter cookie away with us for later. Adorable black-and-white high- ceilinged setting. Most of the servers were great but this one guy is not super gracious or welcoming, like you might find in a family business despite the chic setting and on point food. We got there early (8:30 a.m.) and right after we were seated the line just kept growing. You could tell the tables would be constantly filled for hours from that point onwards. I loved this place.
Florentine Benedict was fantastic!! Super flaky, buttery biscuit, perfectly cooked poached egg and spinach, tangy hollandaise sauce. Yum!!
The restaurant is cozy. We went there at 8:15 am and already had few tables ahead of us. Therefore, it took a longer time to wait for our food.
Hidden gem of Monterey. Very good quality food and pleasant atmosphere. Selection of mimosas and benedicts, lavazza coffee.
