The service sucks, the food sucks, the employees suck. A huge disappointment. The tables were so dirty that we couldn't even find a clean table to sit down. The attitude of the girl who received our order was so repulsive... when we entered, all the employees were sitting at the tables like customers, chatting, and they all had the phone in their hands. No one cared if we went in. They were looking disdainfully. It was as if a creature, not a customer, had come to the shop. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to prepare a meal. French fries were very salty. We had to throw it all away. It's a big mistake to come here because the prices are affordable. I will never come here again.
Just wrote this email to the general manager place is nasty NEVER AGAIN will I go there…
Just thought you would know I picked up my order from your location today and witnessed a lot of things the board of health would not approve of, I’m not sure who the manager is on duty at the current time as I didn’t see anyone wearing a manager shirt or anything to distinguish that they are a manager I’m a frequent buyer from your location but no longer will be I’m sorry to say here is what I observed
While parking and walking into your location I witnessed an employee in the parking lot chatting with others in a car then as we were walking into the store myself and 15 yr old daughter he abruptly runs in front of my daughter to get back to work I guess as we’re coming into the store (very rude) proceeds the back and starts making fries without washing his hands and no gloves
Then I was rudely greeted by the young girl at the counter as she asked (did you order yet) I said yes ordered online she asked for the name I gave it to her she said “not ready” and proceeded to put lids on a bunch of cups at the counter. Another employee then comes up and starts playing with the cups and try’s to stack them and a few fell to the floor and he just picked them up and put the lids back on and put them back on the counter to be given out as drinks are purchased
This same employee not wearing Wingstop branded clothing but I’m assuming he worked there was “trying to fix the soda machine” as it was spraying everywhere and finally gave up went in the back and got what appeared to be a tablet or larger phone and starts to show other employees something on it then came out and sat in a chair in the dining room looking at the tablet / phone meanwhile 3 others in the back cooking and bagging as they watched there phones again no gloves while food handling. Meanwhile there is soda spray all over the floor.
Looking in the back clearly old fries and chicken on the floor that should have been swept up or cleaned up but seemed like nobody cares about the cleanliness of the building there were 2-3 people inside the location other then myself and you can see the disgust on there face as clearly the employees are just doing the bare minimum to get the food out the door. There was one person who seemed like he cared cause he was taking the trash out and actually looked like he doing his best to keep busy.
I had to take a picture of your email address to remember what is was because I feel like the kids that were working just didn’t care so here’s the picture I took in the background you can see the cups on the counter that were dropped on the dirty floor and I’m sure still given to unsuspecting customers.. The gray sweatshirt was (I’m assuming employee) was the one trying to fix the soda machine / also dropping the cups and picking them up / also on his his tablet sitting at a table in the dining room instead of cleaning up the mess he made all over the floor. You can also see somewhat of the condition the back was in food all over the floor and nastiness of the side of the friers. The kid working that station (fries) was the one hanging outside he had no Wingstop uniform either so I didn’t know he even worked there until my daughter said he just cut me off to run back in the store and didn’t was his hands and is now making fries with no gloves on as you can see in the pic as well.
Seriously? No seasoning, just butter and no drums? They also forgot our veggies. The corn was good. We usually love Wingstop, but the quality of the food preparation at this location on Tuesday night left a lot to be desired. It's evident the owner doesn't care.
After waiting 30 mins for 10 wings I finally began to eat. It was unusual that the wings were cold until I realized they were still raw inside. You better hope I don’t get sick.
I was waiting on a friend who ordered and 8 piece wing and some fries, we waited nearly an hour for these "golden tickets" wings. I watched numerous people order and leave, yet no food for my friend. I witnessed some random child who was friends with a cook come in begging for free food, and they were handed a sandwich within 2 minutes. I suggest that you get some better employees who possess a sense of urgency and care if there is a paying customer who is a regular at this location is waiting for an obscene amount of time. Also is my understanding that this location doesn't have a manager who is ServSafe certified on premises in the evening. As a food service manager myself I hope they realize that puts their business in Jeopardy of being shut down by the board of health. Maybe having a manager there to run the shift would motivate the employees to do their jobs in a more organized manner.
The food was good; my kids and I had the chicken sandwiches with different sauces and an 8 piece wings. All of us enjoyed them, and the fries and the house-made ranch were really, really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The problem was that it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. The staff were apologetic, but I really don't know why it took so long other than they seem to do a lot of call ahead and Doordash type orders (we were walk-ins) so I think we got lost somewhere in the mix. Another weird thing was that there were no trashcans in the actual dining area. The staff told us just leave everything and they'd clean it (which they did) but it was weird for a fast food type chain. I had wanted to get rid of some dirty napkins and stuff prior to actually being finished, so I just had to pile it up on the table. Anyways, the food was good (kids said the garlic parm wings were only "mid" but raved about everything else). There were also a lot of the staff's belongings (coats, foods, etc.) on tables/chairs, which was also a bit strange. All in all, I'd probably give them another try ????????♀️
Food is trash!! Worst Wingstop ever burnt fries ranch tasted like lemon, baby wings, lemon pepper had no seasoning, buffalo had no sauce staight trash ! garbage!
This was the worse Wingstop i ever been to these fries are damn near black they are soggy cold this location needs to be shut down its run by a bunch of non caring teenagers why weren’t my fries in a container like the rest of my food
