I am blown away by the past reviews. This location must be under new management or something becuase I had a fantastic experiance here. I came in expecting a 30min wait. My food was out in a timely manner and everything was fresh and hot. Manager was on top of the cleanliness of the shop while training what appeared to be a new manager/shift lead. Much better experiance than some other wing stops around town. Completely destroyed my meal. Great job team
Stopped by for some late lunch wings. The music was loud and the cashier a low talker. Couldn't hear a word he said and none of it was friendly. Placed an order for takeout and sit. See an employee head back for what appears a break. Four male employees are up front smacking each other in the nuts and giggling. Nobody is making food. About 10 minutes later, the girl returns from break and heads to the kitchen. Shuffles around a bit and finally starts making food. The entire process took nearly 30 minutes. It would be great if management could talk with the boys about playing with each other's wieners and maybe teach them how to run the fryers. 5/15/24 at about 1:15pm
Ordered 2 combo meals to be delivered through doordash. First problem is dasher delivered empty cups as our drinks and did not speak English. Then opened the bag and all that was in the bag was the wings no fries or dip sauces that were suppose to come with the order. Both doordash and wingstop completely dropped the ball on this order .
Imagine having to pay for a condiment that should be supplied with the food you pay for. 1.50 for a small cup of ranch that wasn't even enough for 10 Bonless wings. Also love the gouge of 3.79 for a large drink. I'm done, last straw. Never again.
This was my fiancés first time going to wing stop, and she absolutely loved it, and as did I! The food was fresh, not a long wait time at all, and the fried corn is to die for!! Highly Recommend this location!
We absolutely love this location. It is our favorite place to eat. The staff is really nice and the owner recognized us after only coming a couple times. They are very kind and hospitable. The food is amazing too.
We have been Wingstop customers for at this location (104th and Chambers) since they opened. But unfortunately, in the last few weeks, we noticed their quality has go down.
And today, was the worst quality ever. We usually like our wings crispy and I specified on my online order I wanted them all well done, but it was like if I told them the opposite thing!
My wings were not even well cooked and all of my family members said what is this!?
I didn’t have time to go back and return them, but I want to make sure they read this review and please NEVER do this to any of their customers. It’s not fair to ruin a family movie time just because they are not paying attention to their quality control!
I doubt we will be back to this location until they work more in their quality.
Ordered the food went there 30 minutes later, told me I had to wait another 20 minutes. Waited another 30 until I had to walk up and ask for the order I already asked for. Didn't even call out my order once it was done. For a team of 6 you all sure take a very long time to make just wings... Couldn't even get the order right that you had a whole hour with like come on. How do you forget the veggies? You don't even have to make those. Pathetic.
