Horrendously frustrating and unwelcoming first time experience ordering here. I stated that I wanted 3 piece chicken tenders original and 6 piece classic wings with Louisiana rub, the staff member not only walked away mid sentence of my order but also gave me strange looks for wanting more then one item off the menu. Once that humiliating experience was over, I waited an hour with no food in sight.. I had to go back to the register and ask for a refund only to find out it they didn't bother bringing it out of the kitchen and that they got my order wrong on top of that as well. What a utter disrespect of my time and money.
Keep giving wingstop chance after chance to the same exact issue over and over, the food itself isn't bad, nor are the workers themselves, they're nice and polite majority of time and locations, but it's always undercooked, even if you order "well done extra cook time" wings, and well done fries... they're edible don't get me wrong, but the wings are always soggy, and the fries are hard in some spots like a partially cooked potato, and sometimes you'll even get the white fries too from them not shaking the fryer baskets to cook evenly, or they're just putting way too much of the product into one basket honestly not sure but EVERY location is like this or does this.
Also, i love hot and spicy food, hot wings, etc... the atomic wings are about as spicy as the original hot, with an overpowering black pepper smell and taste, gotta be the worst sauce I've ever had on a wing, one bite and the rest are in the trash.
Tried to do pick up order over the phone got put on hold 3 times and the 3rd time a lady told me they are busy can I hold for a minute,I decided to wait on hold again then the phone hung up. I then proceeded to call back again and tell them i think we got disconnected and the woman on the phone told me “obviously we are not taking phone orders right now”OBVIOUSLY??? I told the lady I was told to wait on the phone and she proceeded to hang up the phone on me. My questions is why not tell me no the first 5 min of the conversation and I could not wasted time? if your coming here just go inside cause there staff is rude and not helpful on the phone.
I ordered door dash pick up from this location. They took longer than the time that was given me for my order to be correct. Also, they didn’t give me part of my food. Because of the time it took to make my food, I had to take an extra 30 minutes off work because of it.
Don’t not go here. Starve before you come here. I showed up 10 mins my given time. And still had to wait 45 mins. Because they literally were arguing about who is working harder. The food was cold and missing items. Do not come here. I can not stress enough how much you shouldn’t come here.
I ordered a large sweet tea last night. So why does my drink have two cups? Someone filled a small cup and put it in a larger cup to make it seem that Im actually getting the large I paid for! This is so dirty and bummy! Whoever did this is raggedy period. Like just fill the large cup up like I paid for. Who does stuff like this like I'm not going to say something about it. Like really y'all can't get a freaking drink right, a drink! Come on now do better wing Stop y'all thought y'all was slick.
The people who work here are distracted all the time, the one who works at the cash register is always using her cell phone, they don't even give you the bill, the deliveries have to wait up to 30 minutes for an order previously ordered 20 minutes. They are talking all the time and they stop working to talk to each other, the quality of those who work here is terrible.
Atomic is the best full of spices. I suggest starting off with 5 pieces
