If you're a foodie like me, you'll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of flavors, and I loved everything I tried. It was cooked to perfection and bursting with taste! I only had good comments about this location's atmosphere, food, and staff. I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!
Came here on Thursday night around 9pm. There were a few orders ahead, so it took almost 20min to get my chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted juicy. Their ranch dressing is amazingly matched with its spicy sauce. The Korean spicy bbq sauce is not spicy for me. I may try higher spicy level.
The store itself was very clean, the staff was also very friendly! There was a wait but that’s just because it’s a Wingstop it’s not the staffs fault! Overall a very pleasant experience, they were out of an item I ordered (I ordered online) and they offered to substitute with wings or fries, (which were more expensive than the item I’d originally ordered). The manager(?) was very friendly! Lovely store!!
Ordered delivery online. They forgot half the order. when calling in to either get a refund or have them bring the other half they said they can’t do that. The only way we could get the other half of the order was to drive and pick it up. The whole reason I was ordering delivery was because I’ve been drinking and driving was not an option. On the bag it says it says Jaila made the order. She was also the one on the phone who was rude about the situation. Also only half the food was in Togo boxes and the rest was in paper food boats uncovered. We will never order from this location again and Jaila should fired.
I order food from here way more often than I should. Great staff, awesome food, and I am addicted to the garlic parm boneless. Try the hot honey too. I sometimes pick up food here but mostly have it delivered - they are prompt, professional and deliver hot delicious food for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for?
The absolute worst Wing stop in Columbus! Service is horrible, staff are as rude as it gets, food is cooked in old grease, they forget half of your order, they never answer their phone, they ignore every customer that walks up to the counter, they are overly focused on ignoring the customers, they blame doordashers for spilled blue cheese in a bag even though the bag is stapled, no dry seasoning on their wings just grease and never tell you when they are out of ranch! Unfortunately you have to give at least one star for the review but they deserve nothing. I have never experienced such trash customer service in my life. HIGHLY do not recommend going to this wing stop!
Two ladies on a Thursday lunch rush, and they pumped these orders out like no one’s business. I could tell they were busy because they didn’t stop moving for a second. While other customers were clearly frustrated and impatient, I was still greeted with a huge smile and wonderful attitude. I waited 11 minutes in the middle of a rush for some hot and fresh wings, I’ll be back for sure :)
They even remembered to give extra ranch ❤️
I extend my gratitude to Wayne. This was my first time procuring an order from Wingstop, and I encountered a minor issue with my order. However, Wayne exceeded expectations by promptly addressing the issue. Wayne demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely be returning to Wingstop in the future.
