My family eats here every once in a while. We love the flavors, spicy Korean Q, hot honey, and original hot. The blue cheese if fantastic. We appreciate Eric who took our order. He was respectful, patient, and was very clear about what our order was. Wing Stop, please give Eric a raise !! Such a nice guy and worker
The voodoo fries are fantastic ???? I loved the cajun wings. We also tried the mango habanero and the hot honey and the hawaiian wings. Everything we got was flavorful, hot and filling.
Not at all impressed: I ordered online with a specific pickup time. I showed up about 5 minutes early and was told it would be a few minutes, 15 minutes later (10 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready, I was told "we're just starting to make your order"). This was at 345pm, shouldn't be a big rush time. Is the online system accepting too many orders? Someone out sick?
The store wasn't clean: trash in the dining area and a stack of cups on floor behind the counter
Ordered wings and they tried giving me wings with whole feathers. Went back this morning to get a refund but got the wings instead. Not even an apology and staff made it seem like I ordered these dusty wings with feathers. Not even a discount for the inconvenience it was for me to drive back to Wingstop AGAIN just for food they could’ve provided right the first time.
I love the food but don't care for the seasoning. I put in a simple request for no seasoning and have to send it back every single time. I ordered delivery from the Bellevue Nebraska location and when I received my food caked with seasoning I called to complain and got hung up on because the employee was too busy to deal with me. Her own words.
Where to start. Food tool 45 minutes to come out undercooked, didn’t notice this til we got home. Called to let them know, and the supposed manager was rude and condescending. Restaurant was filthy, meanwhile you can hear from the front door their music from the kitchen getting blasted, all the while you have kids in the dining room overhearing the explicit lyrics of the music. And while standing by the door waiting to get helped, you have employees coming in, wreaking of weed go straight to handling food without wearing gloves. I should’ve known better and left and ask them to cancel my order.
Disappointed and sad about this location…small wings now, told us 40 min but it took over an hour, sealed up the bag so we didn’t catch that we were missing blue cheese until we got home, kitchen, counter and even the windows are dirty - like they don’t ever get cleaned properly. There were only 3-4 employees on a Saturday nightI - seems like they need help. Lots of other orders went out while I waited in store for 25-30 min more than the 40 min I was told. No dine in customers at all any more…t’s gradually been going downhill, so won’t be ordering from this location again…
Usually I have a good experience with this restaurant. Today was different. The service was good. However, serving raw chicken to customers is not so good. I'm not very excited to eat at a wing stop again. I would definitely not recommend the chicken sandwich to anyone.
