Ordered via app for a pick-up the next day, anticipating a busy day (NCAA). Arrived at my scheduled time and apparently my "ticket" had not printed.
so I'm sitting there like an idiot while all the other orders are flying out of the kitchen. All I was offered was a drink "for my wait". I didn't even want that, I guess an overpriced $3 soda will cure all my anger.
I’ve had meetings here now for a few days and I must say from front counter register employees to back of the house all so very attentive when dealing with customer service, I take it very seriously as I was told I was very fast efficient and I took my jobs with pride. I can definitely notice good workers. Highly recommend place if you visiting town and need a good stop not too far from the allegiant stadium!!
Big shout out to Cashier Perla, Oscar (loved those fries) thanks again and Italia I haven’t seen a great trainer in a while I do have to say and how not only I caught on to that so did a few other

Would like to thank Adrian for always giving us the best customer service, made sure table was clean before we sat down and like that we are remembered by name Alberto and I thank you and the team for having a clean restaurant and being so attentive.
I've had repeated experiences at this restaurant where as a Doordash delivery driver, I'm handed cups to fill with drinks. This is a significant health concern as drivers, like myself, haven't undergone the necessary health screenings required for handling food and drinks directly. It's not our responsibility to fill drinks, and it raises serious food safety issues. I urge the management to address this matter promptly, ensuring the safety of both customers and drivers. There are five workers standing behind that counter doing absolutely nothing they get paid to fill the drinks I don't get paid to fill the drinks I get paid barely to deliver the food I was getting paid $2 to travel 4 MI for that order I'm burning my gas wearing my tires ect.. [doordash delivery if you're asked to get drinks unassigned the order and if we're penalized for it it's a breach of our contract we're independent contractors we're being asked to do stuff that brakes Las Vegas health codes.
Came in Saturday 1/6/24 about 9:10 pm I came across chase again. Him and his evening shift did an amazing job. The establishment was clean the vibes were supper cool. This is one of the fast food spot in southern highlands that isn't a disappointment fyi I'm from Cali lol . Thanks team
I drove out here from Henderson since the 2 closer to me had poor reviews, I'm glad I did. I received great food and service from the staff. I'll definitely be back.
This is the 3rd time I've ordered online for delivery and my food was simply cold, hard, and dried out. I tried calling but couldn't get anyone in the phone. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm highly disappointed with Wingstop. I wish I could take pictures so I can show this did and even drowning it with BBQ sauce and ketchup didn't help. The fruit punch I order tastes like water with a red color. This is simply ridiculous.
I've ordered 50 wings and they were stingy on seasoning and sauce so the whole order were taste like I ordered plain. I won't come back for this location.
