I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I have just never had a location near me. Well, one opened up on my home from work. The only positive I can say is the flavors my wife and I got were good. Wings are small, and the fries were overcooked. The boneless wings taste like they're just frozen nuggets tossed in sauce. The staff weren't really that friendly either, and they were just being loud and obnoxious. I usually give restaurants more than one try, but not this one or any Wingstop for that matter. Sorry!
If I could give this place 0 stars! I would!!. This place needs to be trained better in customer service and professionalism. I placed my order online (DoorDash), called about a question I had regarding my order to only have the person answering my call leave me hanging because she went to the “bathroom”. When I asked to speak to the manager, the next person was even worst joking and so much background chattering among themselves. When I finally receive my delivery, I sit down to some cold burnt fries and flavorless burnt chicken that seemed to be cooked in the most dirtiest oil that they can find. First time ordering Wingstop, and will be my last. I do not recommend. The way I see it, unless they get new staff and proper training this place will not last. Do not waste your money here!
Waited almost a hour for my food and when I got home I was missing items. The staff Isn't very friendly at all. Nobody is wearing any kind of gloves or hairnets. I seen a woman scratch her dreads then wipe her hands on her shirt and handle food. I should have just got a refund and go somewhere else. I will never get anything from here again. Hands down worse wingstop I been to.
They food is awesome cause they have tasty Boneless wings, the fries were great, and plus the sauces are awesome and each sauce spicy to the flavor, so come down to Wingstop to taste the flavors of foods to the spice of life with friends and families.
Everything about this place was horrible, I order Cajun fries and the fries came back sooo burnt and looked like they were sitting for hours. I also order wings and they messed up my husband order. Do not waste your money here !!!! They need a lot more than just training. I thought this was going to be amazing especially since I love wing stop but this location is horrible. Soo upsetting.
I've been here 2x both times I ask for my wings cooked well done, they're super soggy and have no flavor. Same with the fries, I ask for extra seasoning, there's barely any. The times that I have been the guy taking the orders is super sweet.
On another note the manager Crystal "hired" my daughter to work there, asked her for her shirt size and then stopped answering texts on when her start date was.
Poor management food was not properly prepared. Ordered lemon pepper chicken All drums and no flats No seasoning. Fried corn that was burnt black with no Cajun seasoning. I had a feeling it was going to be bad when I saw 9 people behind the counter running around not having a clue of what's going on and still running behind. "Too many cooks in the kitchen"
Comfortable seating, which you will need for the waiting it will take for your food to come out. Ample counter space, that you’ll need to double check your order. More than half the people I saw picking up their food had something missing or wrong (including mine when I finally got it).
As for the food: fries not crispy, strongly suggest you ask for light seasoning on them unless you want to drown in salt. The chicken is properly cooked, but the sauces … mango habanero is lightly sweet & spicy, hot honey had nothing hot nor honey to the taste, I had to make sure I didn’t confuse it with Mild (that was more like no flavor at all); but Atomic that one lives up to its name.
