An order was placed online, drove from Eunice to Hobbs to pick it up. Allegedly they tried to contact me, I had no missed call. It took 2 hours to get my order. Then once it was brought home the fries were burnt, the buffalo wings had no sauce! & we did not receive our veggie sticks. $81.00 on some burnt fries after a 2 hour wait. SMH Worst service ever!
I ordered on doordash a, Buffalo chicken sandwich combo and a chocolate brownie. When i got the order, the brownie was missing and the chicken sandwich was raw. I genuinely do not recommend anyone eat here as you have a serious chance of getting food poisoning.
This is hands down the dirtiest place in Hobbs...Staff didn't even understand what I asked for....Dry rub...counter was dirty... floor was dirty...fountain drink machine was dirty...front table was covered in trash the whole time i waited for my food.. They never washed their hands...wiped hands on pants... was putting her hands in her hair under her hat...picked up fries off counter and put back in the mixing bowl.. definitely would not recommendthis establishment. ..it was 2:40 in the afternoon... McDonald's should have been my destination...
I ordered this 20 minutes ago. I did not order rare. They are trying to get somene sick. Sorry mtfs!
Very very horrible place was told only gonna be 20 min for order , turned into 1h and 30 minz very very unsanitary I order Cajun wings and I got them with barely any sauce never again getting food from here until there is new management
Very dirty, walls and floor very dirty. no ice in drink dispenser. Order took long aswell. Place was empty while there so enough time for coworkers to clean but looks like they don't care at all. Won't be coming back.
We went on friday and the wait time was ridiculous. The wait was like 40 minutes or more so we called and left to go do other stuff. We had got there like at 7;40 we went back at 9. There was this couple complaining on how they got the order wrong, this lady wanted her money back because she had done an order at 6:45, and to mention the plave was packed. There was these kids that were just messing around or standing infront of everyone on their phones saying that he’s cheating on his girlfriend. There was this one lady js taking orders and calling orders. When we got out food our order was messed up we got mild and parmesan and we got plain wings no sauce or anything. Terrible fast food place, I personally don’t recommend going.
Worst experience ever! I asked for refund because I noticed bag was filthy! Luckily I opened bag and each order of wings were swimming in oil! The cashier tried to tell me it was seasoning mixed with oil! It was disgusting! The manager didn't bother to ask why we wanted refund none the less bother to apologize! Oh and then they were only accepting cash payments but couldn't retrieve my receipt for refund! I had to tell them how much my order was! The entire place was filthy including employees and manager!
