Service here is always friendly! We ordered bone-in and boneless wings, and also shared some loaded curly fries. Bone-in wings were tasty. The boneless wings were pretty good, I'm just used to them being tossed in sauce at other places; seems like here they may just kinda pour over the top. Some parts were coated well, while other spots were just kinda dry. Loaded fries were 10/10 - so good! Great selection of draft beers, as well as bottles and cans for a wide variety of tastes. I was here for dinner, but it looks like they've got some excellent specials for the lunch crowd!
We came in tonight on the 59¢ wing night, & I just wanted to say that I know they seem to be a little understaffed right now, but the food is always fire and everyone that works there is ALWAYS HUSTLING. Like they are on a mission to make sure everyone is taken care of. Ryan is a great server (we’ve gotten him a few times now that we’ve visited), & when we were in tonight the manager was running all over the place making sure people are good, running the host stand, running food, etc. He was killing it! The employees are all committed to making sure the experience is great. There may be a little bit of a wait to sit, but once you sit the food comes out really fast & it’s super fresh! Definitely worth the visit.
Ordered wings Togo and got home to burnt & dry chicken wings. They included one of the 6 sauces I ordered. Brought it to the managers attention when I called and she claims she is the one who made the wings. As a manager why would you send out food that looks like this. That is completely unacceptable.
Price and wings were very good. Service was awful. Sunday at 11am. 4 tables/8 customers. Next table's drinks were empty and mine too so I looked for staff to notify. Took 5 minutes to refill our softdrinks after asking for service.
I personally like the Etc better than the wings, but many people love them. My favorites are the Jalapeno Burger and Wedge Salad. Ask for Cajun Dry Rub on your fries and wings! Also great beer cheese!
The food is great. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Service in the bar area has really went down hill the last month or so. The 2 new bartenders (dark haired lady & the new guy) are terrible. I know there has to be better bartenders.
The wings here are usually good but the last time we ordered I got the Lime Pepper dry rub and the wings were SO salty they were inedible. I was appalled buy how nasty they were. You can actually see how coated with salt they were. ????Wings Etc hasn't replied to my concerns for over a week now or offeree to correct the issue. I was out 40 bucks on these wings!! Bad business. Won't go here again.
Apparently they will only seat 4 families at a time. The manager and hostess refused to help buss or seat anyone. Instead told our family and 1 other it would be at least 30-45 minutes and turned us away Instead of seating us at the dozen or so empty tables. We typically go to this location weekly, very disappointing.
