I recently dined in at your London location and it was honestly the most pleasant experience that I've had at a restaurant. My server Morgan was absolutely positively the most attentive and patient person! Her kindness and willingness to push passed our language barrier made my experience the very best! Skip the raise that young lady needs to be running the place!
We came in late and they were still happy to serve us!
Very knowledgeable of the menu. Labeled well with gluten free options. My husband had no reaction so we call it an awesome day!
Service started off slow, the bartender made of for it.
She was attentive once she was behind the bar.
The TouchTunes suck because the only place that had a speaker was on the jukebox.
The wings were good, beer was cold and the sauces were awesome.
Beer selection is great. Service was very slow, it took forever to get a drink after ordered. The food is great except DO not order grilled chicken sandwich. The tomato was thicker than the chicken. That's a tomato sandwich.
The blueberry bbq sandwich was excellent! And my husbands wings were cooked perfectly and crisp with a nice smoke on them. The onion rings weren’t my favorite, but I’m a picky about them. They were crispy with a lot of breading on them. Our server, Darrell was nice and kept our drinks full and the food came out quick. This was our 1st visit and we agreed we would definitely come again
****Update as of 3/17/24****
We took a hiatus from ordering for a while. Several months to be honest. We placed an order back in December which was perfect. We placed another order today, delivered via Doordash, and it was great. My only reason for 4 stars today is that the wings are always light on sauce. I fully miss the days of heavy sauce on my wings so I can get the flavors I want! That's why I'm not giving a 5 star review. Thanks to management for making the necessary changes that you did to correct the issues I listed below. I think for transparency, I'll leave my original review, but I've increased my score!

As much as I want to rate this place better I can't. If you want to eat here then please go inside to do so. The service and food will be at least tolerable.
Pick up order are were the problems are. We have tried eating here numerous time over the course of several years. Lets say close to 20 times. 15/20 times the order has been incorrect. Most of the times its lacking dressing, queso, drinks, etc.. The final straw was tonight. Estimated wait time was between 30-40 minutes. 55 minutes later we received our food. My children didn't get their lemonade. My wife got a Southwest Chicken Salad, like always, and she requested no Jalapeños like normal. This salad is so spicy no person should ever eat this thing! I'm a chile head and eat carolina reapers and this thing is stupidly hot!
My boneless grilled wings barely have sauce! Everything came in cardboard boxes too which were impossible to eat out off. Plastic might cause more waste but food quality is important!
Management needs to take control and be more involved. We have thrown away our last dollar here and God knows we have spent over $500 in ~3 years.

I got wings. Half and half of Traditional Bourbon BBQ and Sweet BBQ with Onion Rings. . Bourbon BBQ was a bit spicy but still good. Both were good.
Onion Rings were crispy and juicy. Dip was really good.
Got a Big Wave Beer.
Everything was good.
The food is outstanding! Maybe some of the best onion rings I have ever had. The wife got the boneless wings and liked them. The service is below par. Had a long wait for drinks and then refills. Right off the interstate. Not too hard to get to. They have a full bar and wall to wall TV screens with sports playing. We will go again. Though again, be prepared for slow service.
