Honest and fair.
Brought both of my vehicles to get serviced here. Both had a check engine light on. My kia had been previously misdiagnosed by the dealership. Wingdale auto was able to diagnose my vehicle and instead of making money off of me, they were honest and suggested I bring it back to the dealership as the engine issue was most definitely still under warranty. They wrote up the diagnostic which I then showed my dealership and my dealership replaced my entire engine free of charge as it was all under warranty. I also brought my husband's pickup in to get serviced and they were able to get the job done within a day at a more than reasonable price. I will continue to do business with wingdale auto. I think I owe those guys some cookies too LOL. A+ service
Called them after being highly recommend for a place to get tires. Spoke with Dan, set up an appointment for the next morning to have 4 tires installed. Great job very informative and got the job done in a very short time. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of work done on your vehicle. I set up an appointment for next week to have more work done.
Nightmare. I took my car in for a simple oil change and came out with a cracked oil filter housing assembly. My $80 oil change cost me $1200.
I used to give Mavis Discount Tires business for years to fix my car until I discovered Wingdale Automotive. They are friendly, courteous, candid and professional. You make an appointment for a specific time and that's the time they take your car and start working on it, not three hours after your appointment like Mavis does. I trust no one else with my Hyundai vehicle, not even Hyundai like I trust Wingdale Automotive. The mechanics do the job right and or will try their hardest to make it right so that you drive away with a smile. John and Dan, you have my loyalty and you will always have my business for as long as I'm in Wingdale. Great reasonable prices and they are the best Automotive shop around in my opinion !!!
