This place is amazing the next time I ordered I'm getting them a 50.00 tip
At first I thought i got lucky with nobody being here little did i know… That this place was awful first my drink didn’t even come out of the machine than the waiter was mumbling so nobody could hear him afterwards got my food which was pretty decent. All I have to say that the service sucked. I felt i wasn’t supposed to be their as the server wasn’t very welcoming. The dining room was freezing no tvs were on or nothing.
After waiting for over an hour for delivery and to actually order a "dessert" this is what i get. Driver was friendly but cinnabons and pizza did not taste right. Wont be ordering here again.
I love pizza hut stuff crust. Haven't had a bad pizza from here yet.
This will probably be the last time I order from pizza hut in Wentzville. I ordered ahead for a specific time, but it took them almost 30 minutes to get here from the time the notification was sent that it was out for delivery. When the driver showed up, the boxes were jammed in the bag. Bent. The pizza in 2 boxes looked like they were tossed around. Very, very short on toppings. Some slices had almost no toppings at all. Even the Detroit style double pepperoni had little toppings. Just sad. $68 including tip! Probably not again.
Fast service everything was hot, love the boneless garlic parmesan chicken bites.
The order was hot, on time, and the service was great. I ordered two pizzas. On one I asked for extra cheese and there is no way I received it unless Pizza Hut has cut back on portion size. That was my only complaint.
Informed on their specials and helpful staff. Never any real issues with the food that they've not made right!
Also, the drive through is supposed to be for pick up only. I shouldn't have to wait behind someone for 10 min when my pizza was ready. I go to the drive through for the convenience, aggravating to have to pull out of line to go in. Make customers move, enforce your own rules on the window.
