Great service. Jerry and team were wonderful and I will be using this business for my future automotive needs .
Called for an estimate and it was reasonable. Daniel was very nice over the phone. I took car in and they were able to start my repairs right away. The part I brought was the incorrect one but they were still able to fix my car and get me back on the road.
This place has been in business for 40 year for a good reason. Honest and helpful.

This will be my second visit here. Only place i'll bring my Jeep moving forward. We all know how expensive and stressful vehicle maintenance can be. My car was rattling bad and i mean BAD. I ignored it for a week trying to figure out who to take it to. Had my boyfriend asking everyone he knew. A family friend said "i take all my cars here" that's all i really needed to hear. I received price quotes elsewhere and it stressed me out but here that wasn't the case. I didn't make an appointment. Dropped my Jeep off 9am let him know what was wrong. 4:50 PM same day i received a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. They close 5PM and stayed open a little later for me to make it up there in a ride share. Explained to me in depth what was wrong. Showed me the bad parts and they were awful yucky damaged looking. I didn't feel rushed. I was told what was wrong in depth and i got my Jeep back same day. Over a year later and i need more work done and i'm taking it back to these guys. Unfortunately I don't remember names but the service was 5 Star and I'll tell everyone about these guys. Hidden gem in Garland gotta check these guys out! Thanks again
I had an amazing experience at Windham Automotive! I received excellent customer service, & they were reasonably priced. They communicated from beginning to the end of the appointment. I appreciate the professionalism and would highly recommend them for any automotive needs!
Good service and reasonable price. Received my vehicle in a timely manner. Technician even fixed some underbody covers that were loose prior . Thanks for the great work fellas!
I had a problem with my AC, and upon arrival, Jerry seemed like an honest and credible owner. He recharged and put Freon in my car and told me there was no leak. First and foremost, he did not call me and give me a quote before he worked on the car. Second, my problem was not fixed, so I took it back, upon which nothing was found. I appreciated all the investigation, but after weeks of problems, I finally took it to the Honda dealership. The Honda dealership properly diagnosed and fixed the leak I had, solving my problem. When we called Jerry and politely asked for our money back, he instantly became enraged and hung up on us. His tone and actions were extremely unprofessional. While he did return some of my money, his initial behavior was uncalled for. We will not be returning here.
They've been taking care of my truck for over 10 years now. With their help I was able to get one vehicle to 325,000 miles and I hope they'll be there to take my next one even further. Good people here at Windham.
I had a great experience at Windham Automotive. I had a very important appointment on Saturday that I couldn't miss. Called Mr Jerry about 30 minutes to closing time, told him my car wouldn't start and about my appointment. 15 minutes later he pulled up to my house started my car and made it to his shop. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and I made it to my appointment the next day on time. Now a days you can't find people like that let alone a mechanic. The car runs like nothing was ever wrong with it. Thanks Jerry, you got my business for now on.
