I recently had dip nails done, and I thought I had finally found a good place. I guess I was wrong since within the first 3-4 days the top coat started peeling on the nails. I’ve never experienced this at other salons, so it looks like I definitely will not be a returning customer.
My current nail technician of 25 yrs was not available. I go here only when needed and they never disappoint every time. Ty ladies for taking care of me. I will more than likely make this my new spot when my technicians retires. ????
I had an amazing pedicure with Lisa. She did a great job on my feet.
My only downfall was that my toes were not polished properly/evenly. So...wasn't too happy about that.
Notice in the photos how the polish doesn't go all the way to the tips...and on the big toe, the Polish is thin (one layer) around the cuticle and thicker in the center.
Well I have to say, "3x is a charm" especially since KIM did my nails this time....KIM worked MAGIC on my horribly mishaped nails, THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL ! Also, I highly recommend the pedicures, the hot stones & extra time on the leg massage is a close to absolute Zen as it gets... I caught myself dozing off a couple of times.....I LOVE THIS SALON

Ms. Kim and her staff always provide great services. And if for any reason you have to return they will honor what they do.
Solid service. Ladies are nice. I have yet to come at a time when they are super busy, which is a plus! They are like a hidden gem. I like that I can come in as a walk-in and get served right away.
After trying 2 other nail salons that couldn't work me in (I was a walk-in) I found Willow Nails. They were incredibly polite and able to get me in in under 5 minutes. My technician, Kim, was very sweet and fast. The entire staff was friendly and their prices are very fair and on par with the other salons in the area. I will definitely go back.
I would not recommend going here. I went in for a simple pedicure and it took 2 hours from the moment they started... which is entirely too long for a simple pedicure. I had Lisa and she kept getting distracted and would adjust little things for her co-worker who was just letting her feet soak. So here I am a paying customer as a second priority. She was very unappreciative of my business. And this morning my big toe is infected where they cut my cuticle which leads me to think they don't clean their tools properly. My polish is already chipping off from YESTERDAY!! I am absolutely appalled at this place and I will definitely never be going back.
