I will never recommend a place who doesn't return phone calls. There is always a reason they can't come to the phone. If you don't want to work on someone's car you should tell them not ignore them. Very bad way to treat your customers. Don't bring your car here you'll wast your time and money.
These folks are great. Good experience everytime I have used them. Unlike other spots they were willing to at least scan my cars issue while being backed up due to the holiday coming up. Turned out to be a minor issue, and they got me on the road within two hours. Another place would take no Action on my Buick. Wouldn't even do a five-minute stand see if I had a major issue it not.
I have taken several vehicles to Tim over the years and he has always done a great job at a reasonable rate. I can't say enough to thank him for the quality work and all the money that he has saved me over the years.
Today was my first time getting my vehicle repaired at Williamson Automotive. I LOVED the service. Adrian was very attentive and got my vehicle done (rear brakes & rotor) in a timely matter. I can now drive safe again!
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! Tim and his crew jumped right onto the problems in the 2019 Tahoe...found it was a defective coil. Once that was replaced it's running nice and smooth again.. Thanks!!
