Another iconic place that has been there forever...It use to be a pretty rough establishment back in the day. But, hey we're old schoolers and born & raised locals from here. The majority of us go there. We all grew up together or attended school in the area and know each other. Great place to get a brew or mix drink, and reminisce. Lots of old faces in here. If your from here or seeking info about our town... Then you know where to hang out at. Restrooms, Karaoke, Jukebox, Full Service Bar, Pizza and Chips, Dartboards and plenty of seating available. Always something happening. Smoking allowed in front or back areas. We're all friendly folks in here. Stop in for one or more. Welcome to our neighborhood. Fri & Sat. Nights are quite busy. Had fun there and went for a couple drinks
Place was cool and in a great spot but the blonde lady at the bar never acknowledged us or took our drink order. I get we’re a young couple who you think won’t tip and won’t be back and all your regulars are at the bar but I’m a server and the fact you greeted a regular who sat at the bar who came in 5-10 min after us was annoying and why we left. Not great.
This is in the top-3 worst dive bars in Crystal Lake - entertaining, with sinister undertones. Outside of the regular stream of customers that roll out of the factories and into this bar around 6am each day to wet their brains, the later clientele and atmosphere seem like out of the Cantina Bar in the original Star Wars - seedy, dark, lost and potentially violent. When they aren't smoking outside and beating dents into the steel window trim while arguing, inside it feels like someone may vomit on you or a fistfight might break out at any moment over a dog or access to the slot machines or which light beer is best. The bartender is a pro and efficiently makes sure everyone is nice and lubricated. Drink and beer selection are about what you'd expect in a well-stocked basement man cave in your uncle Karl's house. Would recommend for any occasion.

Not much of a beer selection. Had people yelling at each other (but I think those were the employees) man kept yelling at his dog that was barking in the back of the bar. Zero service for the non regulars
