We came here for maintenance upkeep on our travel trailer just to keep everything in good standing condition. William was awesome and did an amazing job. Because we work over the road, we had a small time frame to get everything done, but that was not a problem for Mr. William!!! He help us out when we needed it most THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING
Absolutely incredible! William is amazing! Our trailer broke down on the side of the highway and he fixed us up, let us borrow tools, and stayed late just for us. He is so nice and has very fair pricing. He’d probably give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. If you need trailer repair or muffler stuff, RUN, don’t walk to Williams Muffler and Trailer Repair Shop. I cannot day enough great things about him and the shop.

SO blessed we broke down where we did!! We were bringing our new boat home from Florida and blew out the bearing on the trailer about 3 miles from William's shop.... a GDOT young man stopped and told us about the shop.... we took the hub to William, where he gave us a brand new hub (very reasonable). He offered to stay late if we needed help... we fixed the trailer and took back to William so he could check other side.... and indeed we needed it replaced.... William was very kind, a genuinely a great guy.

I have a 24’ enclosed trailer that kept breaking springs on the rear axle. Mr Williams helped me stop the springs from breaking when he recommended a 4 leaf spring. When I started the repair I found that the trailer came with 4 leaf springs and someone had installed 3 leafs on the rear axle causing the problem!! Mr Williams took the time to talk to me and help me stop my reoccurring problems!! Highly recommended!!
Was hauling some vehicles from fl to pa, damaged an axle which seized the axle nut, only this gentlemen could have done this job. Had us on the road in 2-3 hours and was very understanding. Would recommend for all trailer needs.
