My tire blew on my way to work today. I had to call the after hours line and the man who answered was soooo nice. He came to the side of the road and fixed my tire for me and gave me a great price. If I ever break down in the levering area again I know exactly who I’m calling. Thank you so much.

Great service! I smashed a deer on the highway 400 miles from home and got towed 109 miles south to a Uhaul facility . We were lost trying to figure out how to get the car on the trailer and they even helped us with that. We would have been 2 stuck women in distress without the help. Also, fastest and smoothest I've seen a vehicle put up on a tow truck. Thanks so much!

Had a problem with some defective calipers that Williams installed but Craig did work out some "concessions" with the parts people to make it right. The parts were technically past the 12/12,000 warranty but he honored it anyways. Good folks. I've known the family for over 50 years.

My car overheated and started smoking due to lack of coolant from a leaking hose, so my boyfriend towed it here for me. Not only was the lady I spoke with kind of rude, but I was also lied to about the price of one of their products. The whole time I interacted with anyone, I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me. They reassured me that they had fixed the issue by replacing the hose, then later found a crack in my head gasket that was causing it to leak as well (not as bad as it was leaking from the hose). So they put some tablets in my coolant tank which are supposed to seal the crack. Well, I went to pick up my car and not only did I have a very hard time starting it (which has never happened before), the low coolant light on my dashboard was on and there was a big puddle of coolant on the ground, meaning they indeed did NOT fix my problem and now I’m out $200. I’m beyond frustrated because I was told my car was fixed and now it seems like it has more issues now than it did before I brought it in. Don’t bring your car here unless you want to spend your money for no reason.
