I just found my favorite wig of all! Great quality and price. I was even able to get the lace cut, and we are glued on for me at a very reasonable price. This will be my go to place for now on.
Very friendly atmosphere. Great deals for modern, high-fashion, quality wigs. Lots of variety, various colors in stock. It was a bonus that I got my wig groomed and conditioned, with baby hairs.
Nice wigs…a bit expensive but convenient. The owner is sweet but the other lady (with the short cut) is rude as hell. I have been going to the Wig Outlet for over 3 years but have decided not to spend my money where the people are rude for no reason when I’m spending my hard earn money.
I don't know why I trusted these reviews and came to this run down, roach infested business. This wig store is located in the ghetto and when I arrived I noticed a shady looking young man hanging outside their door that was acting weird, he appeared to be strung out on drugs. As if that's not bad enough, their door is locked so you have to ring a bell to enter. When I rang the bell a young woman barely opened the door for me and just stood in the way, making it difficult for me to enter. I walked in and nobody greeted me. There was another worker laying down on the chair like a pregnant python and a horribly bleached face that gave me a dirty look as I was touring the store. Their wig selection is low quality, cheap, and embarrassing to say the least. No one offered any help and the store had a terrible smell to it. After deciding to head out I asked the young woman to please let me out and she stood there glaring at me before unlocking the door. This place is disgusting and I saw a roach on the wall. If you have class and don't want a wig that look like those 1997 wigs we rocked when we didn't know better, don't come here!!!!
Customer service is excellent. Christian music is played on the overhead or radio. Clerks will cornrow your hair so you can apply your wigs and they will also apply your wigs for you. You can call for pricing or visit the store. I rated them a three because their wig selection is becoming a bit out dated compared to beauty supply stores however, their faithful customers seem to have no concern besides selling out of a particular wig too fast. I was able to find this gorgeous curly wig for $50-60
My favorite wig store in the metropolitan area ???? I have been coming to this store since I was about 16 years old ok maybe 18 but you get my point. I been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed. Thanks ladies I can always find what I'm looking for here at the wig shop for any occasion or event !!!
My Ladies ALWAYS take exceptional care of me???? especially simce I no longer live in the area. Today I chose a hair piece that another client had eyed and they pulled out many selections until I was Happy and even styled me one to perfection, I love them for that. Excellent Customer Service Ladies!!
