New Management Alert. The food and their customer service is absolutely great. Esha & Justice were great, as well as the cook. They are the new & improved Zulu Crab Shack and they will also be coming out with a new updated menu. I recommend 10/10.
Do not eat here this was my first and last time the food didnt even look good depending on how you pay your food comes hot or cold which they don’t tell you that so I literally got ice cold seafood and a hot corn and let’s not talk about the customer service the lady at the counter is incompetent all she says is I just work here no customer service skills at all it’s utterly ridiculous how this food look I shouldn’t have to come home put it in a pot and fix it myself after paying 63$ for 2 ice cold plates I should be given the hot or cold option so I can say if I want that or not.HORRIBLE service!!!!
Run for the hills! Fast! I ordered everything hot and had to come home and put my own seasonings on the food. Very bland, slimy, and had no taste at all. They need more experience. It’s a NO for me and my household ????Don’t dare mention their names in a sentence with our other local Cajun Wild Crab & Golden Crab.
Went to zulu crab shack yesterday was the best food I had in a minute is the best customer service I had in a minute from the time I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Justice in her father David they had me laughing the whole time I was there and the food was more than great it was excellent definitely will be back if you guys are in Valdosta if you’re interested in some seafood or even fried chicken Zulus crab shack is the place to go
amazing food amazing customer service amazing everything one of the best restaurants to eat at its quick and fresh i love eating there me and my wife and son have been eating there for the past 2 months and it still doesn’t disappoint
I was able to try the delicious catfish served at this location. It was great because I love my catfish fried hard. The customer Service here is pretty awesome as well!
Not sure who the new management is but they’re doing the damn thing sweetest young lady you ever did wanna meet Her father cook me some fried shrimp and trust when I say God truly Touched his hands yeah go give them a try
