This is mixed review I've had 2 car's transmissions repaired there, but I had to take both of them back 3 times also my cars was were kept way too long. They both had one year warranty but it's never what he fixed. They secretary is very rude that's a entirely different story I wish she had her own review she wouldn't get a star from me at all.. 04/09/24 Brandon and I had a long talk he made things right we just had to hear each other out.
Brandon’s team rebuilt my 1965 Chevy pickup transmission in 4 days and it works like a charm. Pleasant to work with, very fair pricing. While I hope to not need them again anytime soon on my other cars, I would eagerly use them again.
"More work than they can handle" Had my work car for six months... six months. Said a part was hard to find, made a few calls... not true. I didn't want to spend more than the car is worth so I went with the more reasonable. I got what I paid for And my transmission is shifting so I'm good. I would never use them again.
The receptionist is the bomb com!!! The owner does an excellent job and provides a warranty for his work. They fixed 2007 Transmission and I never needed any further repair. I'm still rolling 1.5 years later
I’ve bout 2-3 transmission from here good ppl fair price just take 2 weeks to get your vehicle back but I’ve not had a problem out the transmission

This place takes advantage of women, especially elderly. He told me that
I had transmission problems, charged me$1600.00 and the car would not crank the next day. I had it towed back there and he gave me the run around for 3 weeks. He told the BBB he tried to fix it, but it wasn't the transmission after all. Refused to give me a refund and sent my car back to me by a tow-truck. I have no faith in the BBB anymore. No sense in filing a complaint because if you get a refund, its because the person have a change in heart and it not because the BBB did anything,
My friend had his car taken here, it was at the shop being "worked" on for 5 weeks. The guy could never give a definite timeline on how long it would take to "fix" the car nor could provide an estimated cost on the repairs. It ended up being an electrical problem like I had suggested to him it would be in the beginning. Once my friend got his car back the car sounded and drove different. The motor acted like it was going to quit every time you would stop. And it honestly sounded like the shocks in the car were completely gone. Not a good experience at all!!????
