Best WLM Reviews

The store is conveniently located and easily accessible, with ample parking available. I want to mention the commitment of Whole Foods to environmental sustainability. The store encouraged the use of reusable bags, which aligns with my values of reducing waste and promoting a greener lifestyle.
Overall, my experience at Whole Foods in Rocky River was fantastic. I appreciated the wide selection of high-quality products, the friendly staff, and the store's commitment to sustainability.
I love Whole Foods. Whole Foods is half the reason I get up in the morning. You know the other half. But I had a very silly experience recently at my favorite Whole Foods location. May I begin this review by saying I know that I am in the wrong. Hence why I am leaving a 5 star review, even still. But my recent experience both flusters and confuddles me. From start to finish, walking in and out of this store was an exhilarating experience. I find everything I need, everything I want, and more. So much so, that I begin to fill my cart with lovely, juicy, blemish free produce items and other artisan, love-infused, craftsman goods. I spent so much time gawking and giddying that I actually ran out of time to enjoy the rest of the store and had to make my way to the checkout lines at the front of the store. Upon arriving at the checkout lines, I found that there was only ONE singular staffed checkout counter open with, naturally, 5 full carted folk in line at 8:55pm (the store closes at 9). Attempting to be mindful of how long it would take an employee to ring me up, I decided to enter into the self-checkout area to speed things along as there are numerous self checkout stations open at any given time. I did not count the items in my cart. Visually you could say, I probably had more than the 15 items that Whole Foods Law mandates I have to enter the sacred self-checkout arena. I continue to the first open self-checkout station to begin efficiently and speedily ringing up my items. After standing at said chosen station for not more than .00005 seconds, I hear a very passive yet aggressive woman (an employee) next to me begin to mumble loudly to herself, “that’s too much stuff. That’s just too much stuff”. I then look to my left at said respectable employee and said to her, “well I didn’t want to hold the other line up.”, as someone who has experienced life in the service industry, I think of the best ways to leave establishments quickly so that I don’t make staff late to go home. With other lines moving efficiently around me, I realized there was no reason to worry, that the items I had weren’t going to take very long to ring up, and I would be done and out in less than just a couple minutes from start to finish from my self checkout station. Said employee then moments later went up to another employee that was shutting down/off stations, and said to him that we were going to take too long to ring out our items. 3 times. Overhearing this interaction, I asked if I should move over to the longer, staff-manned line and was ignored. So I continued to finish checking out my items in the sacred, 15 item only, no matter what, even after asking the self checkout troll for guidance, area. I love Whole Foods it will always hold a part of my heart, but please, I ask not of what my Whole Foods employees can do for me, but what I can do for them. Kindness, not blatant passive aggressiveness, can go a long way.
Such a wonderful store, staff is great always friendly and the selection of products are top notch. Should out to the seafood counter staff for going above and beyond with their customer service. Also the lovely ladies in prepared foods deserve a shout out as well. Their prepared food/ salad and soup bars are incredible and I am always impressed by the fully stocked shelves as well as the cleanliness and organization. Always a pleasure to shop here!
A regular stop on our grocery runs really shines on Friday afternoons! Josh at the bar is an encyclopedia of wine knowledge. Every Friday a new list of curated wines appears. For $10 you can walk through an engaging tasting of 4 wines. We often end up buying a bottle to then enjoy at home. Whole Foods is now our go to for wine largely because of these tastings. I always have a few new options up my sleeve I know are in stock if I happen to be in the store.
Whole Foods Market is one of my go to grocery stores. I try to buy local and avoid falling into the Amazon lifestyle but Whole Foods is so convenient. They are expensive but the fact that you can use your Amazon Prime account to shop makes it so easy. You build your list on Alexa and go.
I shop at the rockyriver store and Orange locations. Both are clean well organized and offer a large selection of healthy locally sourced food and unique ingredients you won’t find at other grocery stores.
If you’ve never been there it’s worse then if you go to Costco alone. You can get lost for hours. Make a list and try not to over analyze all the options. Grab a bottle of wine or something you haven’t seen before and enjoy the experience!
I also recommend the pizza ????
My negative experience comes specifically from the coffee bar. Mady at the coffee bar needs a lot more training and better communication skills. I asked for a hot caramel latte with skim milk. I received an iced latte instead. She remade it, I watched her grab the whole milk and reminded her that I asked for skim milk, she then says “we don’t have skim milk here.” I settled for the whole milk. I had 2 other drinks on my order, she messed up 2 of the 3 orders. What an unfortunate experience
Great great store eveytime I shop here it's a wonderful and pleasant experience...produce, dairy, seafood, meats , and other items that I need all have a large variety to choose from. Restroom was clean and the staff is helpful when needed. The cashier I had this time was fantastic ... his greeting and customer service was better than expected
UPDATE!!!!!
Tried the Beyond Meat burger it was ok nice light taste ...I had it made really sloppy..add to the flavor of the burger
Wow.. The in store shoppers blocking all isles walking in the store. The carts are all gone from the front staging area. I did take a few pictures to show that it is a clean organized store never the less. Will there be a returning shopper?
Yes ! They sell Honey Mama's!
