I had a small issue with my side fender and some place to be that day and they slipped me and got me out within a few hours. Amazing work everyone. Their entire staff is so awesome!
I brought my very expensive F-250 2021 Ford Lariat to Weston and they did a fabulous job. I’ve used many body shops in the past but this one is different. My truck came out no different than the day I bought it new. 5 star work. Heidi gave me a date, took it in and finished the job fast. I will definitely go back here for any future work I might need. They are great. Use them next time you need body work done.
When I had an issue with my car I naturally thought of this body shop and immediately contacted Heidi for an estimate. I contacted my insurance company immediately and everything was approved and no pricing negotiations were necessary. I was approved for exactly what was quoted. I called Weston to let them know about the approval and to move forward with getting the necessary parts. Absolutely nothing was done!! I was forewarned “obtaining parts might take a while to get” so I was patient. However, after nearly 3 months NOTHING!! No parts ordered! No call no follow up. Absolutely outrageous - will never use them and can’t recommend them.
I have had a few smallish, but to me still important,
issued with my old Mercedes to deal with over the last few years, and they always come through . Heidi is simply incredible! I highly recommend!
I had a dented rear quarter panel and I called Heidi at Weston Auto body and she said to come on down. The visit was extremely professional, organized and her team got the job done on time and under the estimate. Great experience, extremely nice people and a clean and safe environment!
I wish I could leave a positive review. I apologize in advance for the long story. I recently took my truck to Weston’s for some basic touch up work. I own a Honda Ridgeline that required paint work on both outside door mirrors due to scratches and a large chip. The rear bumper cover had a scratch. The rear quarter was damaged and repaired prior to my ownership and the paint didn’t match. The front bumper cover did not line up with the passenger front fender. The truck was there for a week even though I was told it would take 3 days. No big deal, I didn’t want to rush them. I picked up the truck and drove home. The day prior, Heidi called to tell me the truck was ready and mentioned that the paint on the mirrors was not warranted because the original paint was flaking and the new paint may not adhere properly. Right then, I said to myself, why not do it right and remove/sand that defective paint off? When I arrived home, I walked around the truck to check out the work, I was shocked. The mirrors looked horrible. Both had overspray on the black plastic base that mounts to the door. Masking tape was still attached inside the housing where the mirror attaches to the base. The drivers mirror is rough and there’s a large clear coat drip on the underside. There is checking/lifting in the clear coat. Looks like it was painted with a spray can. The passenger mirror had the same issues except they missed a spot while painting so there is a sanded to bare plastic spot on the leading edge of the mirror next to the glass. I can’t believe they handed this truck back to me this way. Where’s the QC? The front bumper to passenger fender needed nothing more than to be re-aligned. It looks the same to me except now there is paint touch up at the seam and it sticks right out when before, it didn’t. They did a descent job of blending/matching the rear quarter paint color except it’s obvious when you open the rear door and see the tape line. I pointed out a tape line from the prior paint work and mentioned how it would be nice to not have that focal point when opening the door. The old tape line is gone and a new one now exists. The scratch repair on the rear bumper looks good. There was a little body work on the rear quarter prior to my ownership, hence the paint mismatch. I could see the shabby workmanship and asked Heidi if she could iron out so it wouldn’t be obvious. She was hesitant to take it on as she “ didn’t want to open a can of worms”. I might be wrong but I thought that was what body shops were for. She did have someone work on it and it looks better but not like I had expected. Overall, I am very disappointed. After all of the reviews and recommendations, I was excited to get my truck back looking like new. I envy all who have left that facility with a smile. It’s like I never took the truck there. I have a whole new set of issues to look at every time I approach my vehicle. I’m not going back to have it repaired again. It should have been one trip, done right the first time.
I was on vacation at lake Winnipesaukee and driving a rental car. I needed a touch up on the way back to the airport. Heidi took care of me in 8 minutes. I was super impressed and wish I knew of an awesome Auto body place like this in my home area. Highly recommended!
Excellent work by Heidi and team. Despite a wait on parts due to the foolish COVID backlog, they returned my vehicle just like new! Excellent work, Thanks Weston Autobody, THANKS!!
