My sister was two minutes late and they wouldn’t see her! There had been an accident and lucky she left early to only be two minutes late! She had an appointment the week before which they cancelled an hour or so before her appointment as the doctor was sick! I thought appointments were booked for 15 minutes? Whst the hell did the doctor do in the other 13 minutes!
My sister is very sick and needed to see that doctor, utterly rediculous when you had cancelled her appointment to start with!
Disgusting!!! ???????? oh and reading all the reviews the odd good one gets a reply but the numerous bad ones you don’t acknowledge ? ????????????????????
Been a longtime client and have always consistently had a positive, thorough, efficient and respectful experience each visit. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else - top notch service from all the staff members and reception.
ive gone to a better clinic. twice i was at union health and waited more than 2 hours.. fijian receptionist on the last visit.. put me at the back of the Que after id gone outside to stretch my injury.. and missed the call.. any normal person would have called me next once i was back inside.. I had informed her of my injury causing pain while sitting.. low down behavior
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was on the waiting line at position 10 at 9:08an this morning I am in the que for an hour and then when I get to position 1 they say I can't get through due to high call demands and mate I know that I waited my damn turn and then they decide to tell me to call back later and proceed to hang up. This place just needs to close down as they are incapable of keeping up with this so called high demand this place is bloody useless and inefficient. The place makes appointments but are still waiting out in the waiting room an hour later to be seen. Bloody ridiculous.
I have been attending this GP practice since 2015 and cannot praise it enough. The doctors and nurses have always provided me with top-notch medical care and emotional support. The administrative staff are efficient and courteous, making each visit seamless from start to finish. Throughout these years, the quality of medical care and the attentiveness of the staff have remained consistently high. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare!
Fix your phone queue during your closing period. You have set up your phone as if theres 16 pple waiting on the queue but really theres no one "arrghh" we waited only to get to next one on the queue and theres the automated msg and then disconnected. Useless fudge
Was on hold for an hour and finally got to position 1 in the queue, only to then be given an automated message saying they’re too busy and to try again later. Why waste my time in the first place?
